   Dined at Gibson’s Italia restaurant to celebrate a friends birthday. Service was amazing as always! Was seated along the windows to view the Chicago River as requested. Our meal selections were prepared to perfection and delicious. The entire experience was spectacular and made the birthday dinner memorable.

   Elijah did an amazing job taking care of us! Food was next level! We all enjoyed ourselves very much. We will come back again next time we are in Chicago! The view to the city is amazing!

   The food and service at Gibson’s Italia were impeccable! Add in the views, and it’s an all around wonderful experience. Highly recommend the Chicago Cut Steak

   Too many tables crammed in the space. Our table was directly in front of a circular booth and right next to a serving station. Constantly being bumped into by servers- though not their fault. Constant interruptions of “excuse me”. It was a special occasion and just not the best experience. That being said, food and service were excellent. But in a city full of great steakhouses, I’ll pass on this one.

   Below expectations. I had to return the 75 day aged ribeye steak and I have never returned a steak before even if the temperature wast as I ordered it. Which I this case came medium after I ordered it medium rare, but this was not the problem. The steak was tasteless and chewy. I have had steaks in just about every steak house in Chicago and this one ranks about as good as STK. The wait staff was very kind and very accommodating. Atmosphere is good, I would only go back for a drink and an appetizer.

   A MUST visit in Chicago! The view alone would be worth it but the food is also terrific. Our waiter, Payton, was excellent; trust his recommendations.

   The restaurant is incredible, from its stunning location and breathtaking view to the exceptional food. We loved the appetizers, especially the polpette and arancini, and the main course was equally fantastic. The service was outstanding, and the staff was warm and attentive, making the experience even more enjoyable.
