Each component was impeccably fresh, making for a perfect pairing with a well-crafted Cosmopolitan and Daiquiri. For the main course, the 7-Year Aged Acquerello Risotto stood out with its creamy, rich texture and depth of flavor—an exquisite representation of perfectly executed risotto. Ending on a sweet note, the banana gelato was smooth, light, and a refreshing way to conclude the meal. Beyond the food, service was top-notch—attentive, knowledgeable, and ensuring a seamless experience.    Top restaurant in the city! Celebrating 2 bdays… my husband’s 65th and a girlfriend’s bday. Wait staff is always great! Food delicious! Had the seafood tower, great pasta, ribeye steaks, yummy stuffed potato and asparagus. Buser always attentive filling water glasses. I can’t say enough good things about Gibson’s! Favorite restaurant with best staff and food! Thank you! ❤️

   Patrick Barnes is an amazing talent to your establishment. He truly cares about the business and makes an investment into the clientele by reaching out and connecting with customers to make sure we have impeccable service. I recommend this restaurant to all of my clients as well as visiting guests . Not to mention you have the BEST view in the city!

   Our server and assistant staff were top notch. I loved the sophistication of the menu and environment. We had a table in front of a window which was lovely. The river and lights you definitely have appreciate. The patrons were very diverse from Politicians, daters, business, family and friends filled the place with joy and chatter. The only downside and it didn’t take away 5 stars. It’s a quick pace and you need a generous budget. It was a special bday occasion for us. But the food was highlight!
