   Service was excellent and the food is always good! It was entirely too dark and music/vibe a little too much for dinner time. We had a 6:30pm reservation and were seated fairly quickly, which was great, but the environment isn’t high end dinner it’s more of a club vibe which is fine, but also a bit of a turn off as I was yelling to talk w my family throughout dinner and it seems, they are more interested in entertaining the bar crowd.

   Good vibes in this place. Cool decor, cool staff, cool customers. Food was bomb and got a surprise sushi boat for ordering 2 rolls. Drinks were yummy af! Sat at the bar and Bella, Rafael and Chris continued to make sure we were content throughout the night, awesome staff here! Will be back soon for sure

   Our food was delicious, calamari Mozambique, seafood scampi, and chicken piccata. We also ordered spicey Paloma’s which were delicious. Our waitress was friendly and attentive. The carrot cake was amazing! Although it was a pricey dinner we would go back and recommend to others.

    While the food and atmosphere at Gianna’s were enjoyable, my experience with customer service was disappointing. This was my first visit since the restaurant opened, and I had high expectations that were unfortunately not met. I was seated at a small two-person table, which lacked sufficient space. It became difficult to manage the accumulation of dirty plates and the new entrée plates that were brought to the table. The limited space made the dining experience less comfortable and more challenging. Additionally, my order was incorrect, and I was not given the opportunity to request any adjustments or accommodations. I also found that my server, Colleen, was consistently attentive to other tables but failed to check in with us. I had mentioned in advance that I was celebrating a birthday with a friend, but this was never acknowledged, and no effort was made to enhance the experience. What was meant to be a special celebration ended on a sour note when I was immediately presented with the check after finishing my entrée. Having worked in the service industry myself, I understand the demands of the role. Unfortunately, many basic aspects of service, such as attentiveness, consideration for the occasion, and overall customer satisfaction, were lacking during my visit. I would encourage those working in hospitality to separate personal emotions from the job. A customer’s experience can be heavily influenced by the energy and attitude of their server, and in this case, it felt as though the staff was disengaged, which ultimately impacted my enjoyment of the meal.
