    Head a great Sunday lunch here last week, been many times before and it's always good. Attentive and friendly staff in a cosy pub with real fire. Very dog friendly too.

    A lovely Sunday Roast. Very impressed thank you The three of us said it’s the best Sunday Roast we have had for a long time. Flavoursome, plentiful and good quality. Greeted with a smile, we felt very at home even though it was our first ever visit. I would highly recommend. A special mention to our waitress who was absolutely delightful. Thank you again we’ll be back x

    Lovely pub, friendly staff and roast tasted good. Only reason for 4 star is because the Pigs & Blankets ordered as an extra were a bit underdone for my liking.

    We had the beef roast sunday dinner with a side of cauliflower cheese and pigs in blankets. My roast was lovely but my husbands yorkshire pudding was burnt his parsnip was solid and his roast potatos were rock hard and dry. They seemed understaffed. We asked for the bill and was waiting 10mins eventually we went to the bar and a young lad sorted us out. I also asked for a small lemonade ended up with a pint, my husband asked for a pint of draught lager and was given a small bottle of peroni. Apart from these little niggles we would definitely come back.

    Lovely meal before we got up early to go to the airport in the morning. Highly recommend the fantastic service.

    Not been here for a long time due to it being so poorly mismanaged. Heard on the grapevine it was a lot better now so decided to give it another go. 1 word, fantastic. Will 100% go again hopefully maybe this week and try out some of the other offerings on the menu.
