At Gaucho’s Prime we serve the Traditional Southern Brazilian Rodízio. The Full Rodízio Experience, our Prix Fixe Menu includes two courses, it provides the opportunity to enjoy a variety of Prime Meats including beef, chicken, pork and lamb, which we season and carefully “fire-roast” to expose the natural flavors.

Our salad bar features a variety of highest quality of selected fresh- vegetables, aged cheeses, imported cured meats, Brazilian imported hearts of palm, smoked salmon and much more.

Am a repeat diner to Gaucho’s Prime since it first opened. I’ve been back a few times, including for lunch and found the quality, service, and atmosphere consistently excellent. I would prefer coming back to this over and over. The wine list was updated which and it was of a good value as well for accompaniment. I do hope their success continues at this level as I enjoy returning.

We love this restaurant- every server is so kind and attentive & the food is outstanding every time. Everything is clean & the salad bar is better than the other Brazilian steakhouse

Consistently good experience. Used to frequent the other nearby Brazilian steakhouse but the food here is superior. Staff is friendly. I've purchased gift cards for friends in the past. Would recommend and will return.
