   I'd made a reservation here. When we walked in at the time of the reservation, no one greeted us or even looked at us for 5 minutes. We then walked over to the bar to ask the bar tender if we could be seated and were told that the front of house staff was busy. There were literally 5 diners in the entire restaurant. We were on a schedule because we were seeing a show that evening (which is why I made the reservation), so we left and went to a different restaurant.

   Amanda took care of me for lunch great gal. Hostess was very polite and helpful. Definitely try the Calamari it’s so delicious! I saw the chef making pizzas for other guests!

   We went for a birthday dinner. Pizza came out cold and soggy on the bottom. Cacio e pepe was swimming in oil and hardly edible. I had maybe 5 bites before I gave up and salad had old soggy lettuce in it… we sadly will not be back. Service was great though

   We were not happy with the food as one of the dishes was not available and the recommended replacement was very greasy and not good. Also they didn’t bring the main dishes the same time for everyone. They brought the pizza first which was very cold and got colder while waiting for my dish to be served. Tiramisu is a store bought taste, cream and lot of sugar and cocoa powder on the top. The service was slow and crazy but I wouldn’t blame the waiter as it was only him running right and left to serve everybody. It was so busy for the service to be covered by one waiter!

   I was told if you have nothing nice to say; say nothing at all. The unfortunate part was that we chose this restaurant for our Thanksgiving meal (not the special, off the menu). Our family has owned an Italian restaurant on the East Coast for nearly 40 years. And something was clearly wrong in the kitchen on this day. I'm not sure I'll give it another opportunity. We're cat people so love the name. Really disappointing evening from tip to tail.

   Nathan and the rest of the staff took great care of us for Thanksgiving dinner. We were a lively party of 13. Nathan was friendly, detailed, attentive and the food was great. Some of us ordered from the regular Gattara menu and others from the Thanksgiving menu. We all were happy! Wonderful night!

   We were allowed to take the 1515 Thanksgiving reservation, why? The buffet closed down 10 minutes after we were going up to eat, so disappointing. Also there was a terrible selection of foods and not much selection. $60 mac and cheese and eggs…. Couldn’t feel more ripped off right now.

   Thank you to the talented Chef and all the amazing staff for welcoming us on this Thanksgiving. The food was delicious, beyond what we expected. And the staff was friendly, polite and welcoming. So enjoyed our visit. We live in the Springs and picked up our grandson at DU. So glad we made our reservations at Gattara! 10 Stars!!!

    It was purrrr-fect! I saw a fun tiktok on this place and was so happy to go during my birthday! I booked the reservation online through the app, Open Table. The offer complimentary valet but there was plenty of street parking when I arrived. Street parking was free after 6pm :) When we walked in, we were greeted with a friendly hello and friendly energy! The host took us to our table and we all couldn’t help but noticed the decor was all cat themed. Some subtle and some obvious. It was fun and cute and trendy! Our waitress was fast and attentive! Very knowledgeable of the menus as well! I got the pesto gnocchi and added chicken. My friends all got fun pasta dishes! My pesto was absolutely amazing! The sauce was hot and fresh! The gnocchi tasted fabulous as well! The chicken was cooked and lightly seasoned. All the flavors blended so well together. The portion sizes were great too! My friends said they all loved their pastas as well! We all got a little dessert. I got the vanilla gelato. It was sweet just delicious! I definitely want to go back and try something new from their menu!
