All the dishes served at our table were just wonderful, from entrees to sweets. Try the zucchini flowers and Basque cheesecake.

The food was great - we had various dishes at our table and they were all superb - Mia, our waitress , was delightful and her service was excellent throughout. It was a lovely experience from start to finish.

Very underwhelming. Staff were great but obviously short staffed. Food was average. There was nothing exciting about any of the dishes. Spinach salad was a handful of spinach leaves (looked like they have just been pulled out of the bag) flat in the bowl with a few small squares of beetroot on top. Generally the food was disappointing and very average, for the price. There staff werre wonderful and went above and beyond but other than that there was nothing amazing about this restaurant or the food and the dead flowers in old green water on the table was really off putting. For the price there are much better quality restaurants around.

Thank you for the feedback Rebecca. It's been very dissapointing to read this and sorry it has taken us so long to get back to you - needed time to confirm details with staff. Unfortunately, it was one of those days where we were caught off guard with the number of walk-ins and reservations arriving early. Therefore, this did have an impact on the service and the time we normally like to spend with each table. We have taken on board what you have said about the food and informed our head chef. Totally agree with you about the flowers, they should not have been left on the tables - this was an oversight by the manager on the day. We will reach out seperately and send you a dining voucher as we would love to have you back.

Everything was great but the food serving was just too big for us. I think we must be small eaters! So we couldn’t order dessert! Service was friendly and very good.

Service was excellent and dealt well when the tuna crudo wasn’t as described and the toasted rice was an unnecessary addition that I didn’t like. Atmosphere is great. Fish and chip batter was outstanding. Chips - needed longer in the fryer! Zucchini flowers was stunning.

Garfish Crows Nest has been our go to elegant seafood restaurant for many years. Service is always immaculate and very friendly. The food usually just cooked I.e. perfect. It is dog friendly and so we can and do take out Cavoodle. Favourite dish is from the char grill - Morton bay bugs - delicious. We ask for our chips to be extra crispy and we get them extra crispy.
