   We had a lovely wine tasting and lunch at Gapsted Estate. The wine tasting experience was very knowledgeable and personalised, with a great range of wines. Lunch was delicious, a two course set spring menu with matching wine, and the portion size was perfect for lunch. Topped off with attentive service. Very enjoyable.

   From the time you arrive to the time you leave, the service is impeccable. Staff are friendly and attentive. Delicious food and wine overlooking the vineyard and trees in blossom

   Gapsted has just brought out their new Spring menu and it's a corker! My husband and I enjoyed the Tastes Of The Season menu with perfectly matched wines and I am happy to rave about it. Both the presentation and the taste of the entree and main is fabulous. We started with a lovely Bonito tartare, accompanied by a lemon & lime mayonnaise, Harrietville roe, cucumber & mint jelly, herb & horseradish crouton and perfectly paired with a Chardonnay. I could have eaten several of those easily! Next up was the main course, lamb cutlets, a lamb shank crouton, asparagus and beetroot. This was accompanied by a Tempranillo, which was, again, a perfect pairing. Again, super tasty and left us wanting more. Dessert was a Saperavi trifle, which was served in a wine glass and accompanied by the Ballerina Canopy Sparkling Saperavi, which has to be one of my all time favourite wines. Peter and Michael served us and both were friendly and helpful. Our view out over the vineyard was pleasant and was enhanced by the flowering plum trees lining the driveway. Overall, this was a really enjoyable lunch experience and we're looking forward to going back to try some of the a la carte dishes.

   Hi We had a girls lunch And the taste of winter menu. Great food with matching wine Only suggestion would be background music as all we could hear was the air conditioning system

    We cycled out to the winery from Myrtleford. Greeted by young Peter and the bar manager. Both were very friendly and professional. The wines were awesome, lunch delicious and dessert yum. The bill was very reasonable. We left very happy with our lunch outing to Gapsted estate. Would do the same again in a heartbeat.
