   The service was honestly the best part about it. I told the server me and my fiancé had recently both been promoted and he gave us both free desert with no charge and truly seemed to care and celebrate with us. Outstanding guy wish I got his name

   On a cold weather day the atmosphere in the Ritz was warm as usual despite the over active air conditioning. Alexis had our table for 4 all set up and we proceeded to a delightful, scrumptious brunch.Starting with the wonderful buttery croissants we moved on to platters of scrambled eggs with jalapeños and chives accompanied by delicious grilled asparagus and sautéed spinach. Orders of the awesome tomato bisque with toasted sourdough bread dribbled with cheese hit the spot. No matter the weather the Ritz will brighten your day

   Best Italian food in Dallas! Doesn’t get the recognition that those over-hyped but often disappointing Italian restaurants near downtown do but should. It’s worth the drive. Outstanding seafood and desserts too! Very highly recommended!

   We started with a large serving of the amazing French fries which were prepared exactly as we like. an order of eggs followed along with sautéed spinach just to our liking. Alexis kept us well supplied with boiling water for our English Breakfast tea. We thoroughly enjoy our Sundays at the Ritz, an elegant Grande Hotel where everyone prides themselves on getting things done to perfection

   The service and atmosphere is great but the food wasn’t especially for being a Michelin star. The cocktails were great. The pizza was horrible and they remade it and it was still horrible. The sauce was so salty. The lobster pasta was good.

   Wonderful waiter. Food taste good. The wait time to get the food was extremely long. Just a sandwich and a plate of pasta. Not complicated choices.
