   Excellence, perfection—the outstanding service, choreographed service amongst the staff, and the quality ingredients prepared to perfection are something everyone should enjoy at least once. Some hundreds of times. Our server was Niko and she is AWESOME! You have to understand, you want everything on the menu, and need help picking and this where the staff like Niko shine. We enjoyed the burrata for an appetizer. FOr dinner, my wife the crabcake and 4 cheese truffle macaroni and cheese. For myself, thanks to Niko, because your eyes will never find this on the menu for some reason, the braised beef rib. My wife, who I will agree is a crabcake expert stated it was THE best crabcake in her life! My braised beef was delectable and shamlesslessly I finsihed it! Highly recommend you also take advantage of the staff’s help pairing wines with each course and sampling. This too was a craft Niko was impressively skilled. We finished off our wine in the bar enjoying two jazz muscians and the relaxing atmosphere. Thank you G Prime!

   My bone in rib eye steak was overcooked and tasteless. My companion’s Australia steak was quite good. Service was very slow due to the fact that they had one person waiting on the bar and the entire bar restaurant area. She was doing the best she could, but too much going on. I ordered a nice bottle of wine, which was decanted, but after that we pretty much had to support ourselves as the waitress was too busy. The general manager, the white guy wasn’t paying attention as to when we needed another the poor. Overall, I was not satisfied, especially for the price.

   Perfect for our dinner date to celebrate our anniversary! No wait with our reservation, great service, great atmosphere! Wagyu steaks were excellent and we enjoyed the shrimp cocktail, Caesar salad, salmon entree, fries, key lime pie, and crème brûlée!

   Jack was a fantastic server. Did not feel rushed during ordering or meal. Drinks were amazing; rosemary rolls with honey butter delicious; salads were large (should have shared one)- both had beautiful presentations; main entree (tuna & lamb chops) were perfect temp; Brussels super tasty! Dessert for birthday came with special chocolate and candle (was not complementary). Make a reservation and GO! Atmosphere was uber chic too!

   First time of what we hope to be many visits to this amazing establishment. From the moment we were greeted at the entrance to our departure we were treated like the only guest. The menu is tastefully packed with a variety of great foods, the beverage menu is equally impressive…but the service and ambience is simply unmatched. Each item was prepared and served perfectly. Amazing experience!

   This was our first visit and we were not disappointed. We were a table of 6. Four had the filet and everyone said it was cooked to their liking and tasty. I had the crispy salmon which was amazing - cooked beautifully and seasoned perfectly. The other guest had a fish entre and devoured it as well. Our waiter Kevin was attentive and helpful. Overall a great dining experience. We all stated that we will return!

   It was our first time visiting G Prime, and it did not disappoint!! The restaurant is beautiful and very nice.Our server,Jeremy, was amazing!! He was very attentive, and he made wonderful recommendations! We will definitely visit again when we come to wilmington!!
