   I wanted to bring my cousin here to try the food, and I was very lucky to land a reservation when I was notified of an opening two days before the date that I requested. Also, the staff was very accommodating and allowed me to add one more person to my party just two hours before my reservation…👌🏻! The food was great!😋!

   It is a must that you have to have a reservation. We did, so we were seated promptly. We ordered the fish fragrant eggplant and I would say both my hubby and I enjoyed that a lot. Next would be the escargot with the milk bread. Love the mild bread as it was still warm and soft to eat with the juice of the escargot. The skewered squid was the least of our order. It was very salty and it killed our taste buds to the point where we couldn’t enjoy the other dishes we ordered. The squab was so, so. It was quite gamey.

   The food lived up to all the hype. Didn't taste or look cliche fusion. Most ordered protein-based items, but the veggie options are kind of the unsung heroes.

   Fantastic Food and Service. Great Ambiance. Highly recommend the Clay pot rice and Chinese sausage and steak Chow Fun. We will definitely be back to try the fried squab.

   We were looking forward to trying out Four Kings after all of the positive reviews but nope, this meal was not it. We ordered the squid skewer, squab skin skewer (special), garlic pea shoots, fried squab, and claypot rice with Chinese sausage and bacon. The squid skewer wasn’t interesting at all … it lacked depth, and was bland yet overpowered by the Sichuan numbing spice. The skin skewer wasn’t crispy and didn’t taste like anything except the black sauce it was served with. Both skewers came with a slice of lemon, which didn’t improve either dish. Fried squab was served medium. It was extremely red, cold, and bland, which highlighted the gaminess in a negative way. Also difficult to eat. Nothing like the squab I’ve eaten in Asia. We left most of it behind. I had hopes the claypot rice dish would redeem our experience but the bacon drippings made the rice oily and the rice wasn’t crispy at all. We had to order a bowl of white rice to balance out the oily non-crispy rice. The best dish we ordered were the garlic pea shoots - that’s not saying a lot. The actual stars were the complimentary peanuts and cucumbers. We left hungry and unhappy.

   We had a great experience! Food was very enjoyable (besides that we couldn’t get the popcorn chicken that was already sold out). Outstanding service. Fun yet a bit wacky playlist :)

   The atmosphere and the food are nostalgic, modern, and “vibey” at the same time. Old school Chinese music plays while you have drinks and small bar bites to start your meal. You get the classic dishes like cold ginger chicken and pepper steak served in new fresh ways with cool presentations. Each dish we had was tasty, seasoned well, and the flavors felt true to the original dishes. If you get a counter table you will be sitting very close to the next party. We made a reservation through the Visa tables program but others walked in and it seemed like as long as you came at the right time you’d get a seat.

    We were so excited to get a table and check out this new hot spot. We ordered everything that was recommended but found the dishes to (ironically) be lacking in flavor. The fried rice was decent and eggplant a little oily but we could've had the same elsewhere. Their "renowned" squab and escargot were huge disappointments and left almost uneaten.
