Great server. Food was good but expensive. I was surprised by the cost of wine.

by far the worst meal I have had at this restaurant. Cold food. Tasteless with no salt. My burger was completely covered in mounds of gooey cheese. All four meals were I edible and horrible. Never again. AVOID!

There were many menu items that were not available. Also, the drinks were late so they arrived with the food. Finally, my wife’s prime rib was overcooked.

The only thing that disheartens me every time no matter what time I come for brunch is that they run out of cinnamon rolls. I’ve been 4 different times, and have only been able to try them once.
Founding Farmers VA: TysonsResponded 2 days ago
Thank you for your feedback and for being such a loyal guest, Shanobie! We’re so sorry the cinnamon rolls haven’t been available during your visits. Founding Farmers has something for everyone in the family. All our dishes - appetizers, entrees, except for one dud, and dessert were good. The service 5-star. Unfortunately, the Mac n’ cheese, previously everyone’s favorite, which we ordered for the table as a “side” was incredibly bland. Coincidentally, we have the Founding Farmers recipe and made it for Thanksgiving. BTW, it’s easy, uses several cheeses, and is delicious. The Tyson’s Founding Farmers was a completely different dish. We told the waiter the dish was bland and not what we’ve had previously. He was understanding. The manager came over and was very attentive and stressed he was going to talk with chef. He thought the chef must have forgotten salt. As one who made their recipe, he forgot ALL forms of spices listed on the ingredients. There was no offer to compensate our party. While it was only a $20 dish; however, when it’s bland and pasty, and not enjoyable, it’s disappointing.

Thank you for sharing your experience and for being a fan of Founding Farmers, Mike! We're thrilled you enjoyed most of your meal and the attentive service. We’re truly sorry the mac & cheese didn’t meet the mark this time. Your feedback is valuable, and we’re addressing this with our team to ensure consistency. We hope to have the opportunity to make your next visit perfect from start to finish! -Kerry

The food was good. I wish they had options for those on moderate eating abilities. They really need to make the eggs Benedict as an order and not on the grill drying out.

Disappointing breakfast dish was a rarity for a Founding Farmers restaurant, especially Tysons. The three tacos were 90% tortilla with a small spoonful of under-seasoned eggs for $16. Service didn’t vary from usual excellence, and coffee was great.
Founding Farmers VA: TysonsResponded 2 days ago
Thank you for your feedback, Bill. We’re sorry to hear the breakfast tacos didn’t meet expectations, especially since we strive for excellence in every dish. We’re glad you enjoyed the coffee and service, and we appreciate your honesty as it helps us improve. We hope to make your next visit exceptional! -Najjah
