   This scratch kitchen was a great dining experience. The server was attentive and the food was flavorful and cooked perfectly. Enjoyed the ambience and decor. Will definitely be returning.

   Our visit to the restaurant was marred by multiple service failures and food quality issues that significantly impacted our dining experience, particularly challenging given the presence of our two hungry infants. The problems began even before we arrived at the restaurant. Making a reservation through an automated phone system proved to be less than ideal, lacking the personal touch and flexibility that speaking with a real person provides. This impersonal start set the tone for what was to come. Upon arrival, we immediately noticed a lack of attention to detail. The absence of silverware at our table was the first sign that things were amiss. This oversight was compounded by the delayed arrival of our appetizers, leaving us waiting and increasingly hungry. The situation worsened as we found ourselves waiting an astonishing 20 minutes just to receive our soft drinks, a basic service expectation in any dining establishment. The root of these service issues seemed to stem from our less-than-ideal seating location. Tucked away in a corner or perhaps in a low-traffic area, we appeared to be out of sight and, consequently, out of mind for our server. This resulted in frequent oversights and long waits between check-ins, leaving us feeling neglected and increasingly dissatisfied. When the food finally arrived, we were met with another disappointment. The dishes were noticeably over-salted, detracting from what might have otherwise been an enjoyable meal. This issue with food quality added to our growing list of grievances and further diminished our overall experience. The presence of our two young, hungry children added an extra layer of stress to the situation. As any parent knows, timing is crucial when dining out with infants, and the extended waits, forgotten items, and subpar food pushed their patience—and ours—to the to the limit

   Too expensive and took too long to deliver. We had 10 people and 3 dishes were put under heat lamps and the dishes and the food were hot and overdone! The prices are a joke. Mac and cheese was mediocre and cost over $20 as an example. The lentil soup was terrible and luke warm. A house glass of white wine was $17.99. I can’t see this restaurant surviving. There is soo many more reasons we won’t go back. A waste of money and time!

   It was great. It was my daughter’s 18th birthday and we needed to accommodate a wide variety of food preferences so a buffet it was! Free parking. Great buffet choices. Teens were happy. Dean, the manager was great (hope I remembered his name right)

   The service and atmosphere was great. The quality of food was poor. My dad and I ordered the fish and chips. The fish didn’t have a lot of taste and the fries were cold and soggy. The coleslaw lacked seasoning. My daughter ordered the fried chicken. The collard greens were over cooked. The Mac and cheese was okay but cold. The quality of the food does not align with the cost. For consistent good fish and chips (including Cole slaw) go across the street to Coastal Flats.

   We went to celebrate a special occasion which I indicated in my reservation. The restaurant made no mention of the occation. What was more disappointing was the service. Our waiter had to be asked multiple times for things like more water for the table and take-home boxes.
