   I had high expectations for this restaurant based on my friends’ glowing reviews, but unfortunately, it didn’t live up to the hype. When we visited around 2:30 PM on Saturday, it wasn’t busy, yet the service was poor. Our waitress never checked on us during the meal and spent 10 minutes chatting with another table before ending her shift. When a new waiter took over, we weren’t informed of the change. My fiancé ordered the crab cake platter, and I chose the Fisher’s Fry Combo. Sadly, all the food was bland and lacked seasoning—have they never heard of spices? The only thing we enjoyed were the French fries. We also tried the cornbread appetizer, which was equally disappointing. We spoke with the manager about our concerns regarding both the service and the food. She was understanding and reduced our bill, which we appreciated. However, based on this experience, we don’t plan to return anytime soon.

   Our server was great and we love the brunch buffet here on the weekend! It’s very good with lots of options. The price is a little high but fair if you plan to indulge.

   The service was pretty good, our server offered to have eggs Benedict made fresh since it doesn't do well on a buffet table, and it was fresh and delicious. The food on the buffet was another story. Most of it was cool to the touch, including scrambled eggs and the bacon, brisket, etc. The server said they're working on how to do better, to keep the food from sitting and burning, but I would rather they serve warm food than cold food that's been sitting out. $35.00 for mostly cold food on the buffet, and it doesn't include beverages. I gave it more than one star because our server brought the eggs Benedict, that was hot and delicious.

   Quality of the food and service was poor. This is typically not standard at other FF locations. Needs Improvement.

   Overall it is fine, but when you order soup, you really do not want to see staff pushing trash out of the restaurant with store-bought boxes of soup.

   Cullen was an excellent waiter. We ordered the brisket and the meat platter that had 4 pork ribs, brisket and a piece fried chicken. The brisket had a huge piece of fat attached to it. Told the waiter, he apologized and said he would let them know. The pumpkin cheesecake delicious. Wish there was a better piece of brisket because it was delicious.
