Obviously, there was a glitch in the system, which allowed us to have a 315 reservation time and we appreciated that your staff was able to accommodate us even though there was no one else around.

There was a wide variety of breakfast foods and it all tasted very good. Service was quick and needs were taken care of in a timely manner. Over all brunch was a very enjoyable event.

This was our first time enjoying the delicious buffet. The food was fresh and delicious. The servers efficient and helpfully. I went with two other retired teachers so we were excited to spend a day at the Fort without a class full of students. Every part of our day was a complete delight.

Overall the experience at brunch was good but the music was too loud and the server after seating us never came back to check if we needed more water. When I reserved our table 3;15 pm was the earliest availability and it appeared online that there was only one table left. When we arrived there were two other tables seated and the rest of the venue was empty. It left us wondering if we could have gotten an earlier table and if there isn't a better system as I am sure this venue looses customers because they appear to be fully booked when in fact they are not.

The food was good - especially the bacon and the croissants. The service was deplorable! We wanted a larger group for a joint bday. As the site directs, I left a voicemail message. I left 2 more throughout the week, but no calls were returned. As a result we had a reservation for 3 people instead of the 10-12 we wanted. I mentioned this when we arrived and the host was not only dismissive, but appeared irritated. The restaurant was nearly empty & it appeared there would have been ample room for our desired booking. We were seated, without any communication (Are we free to serve ourselves? Would a server be waiting on us? How do we get drinks?) A server eventually came, left menus on the table and told us to let her know if we’d like anything else, but then walked away without allowing for a response or answering any of our questions. I assumed she would return in a couple of minutes. After waiting ~ 15-mins with no staff in sight, we got up and went to see about serving ourselves for brunch. There were no plates. We had to approach the hotel desk to find someone to go get plates. Still, no communication, apologies, nor opportunity to order beverages. We served ourselves based on what was left. Some items looked like they had been sitting awhile. Shortly after we sat down with our plates, a young man came up to tell us that the omelette station would be closing & we would need to go right now if we wanted anything. When I expressed we had just sat down with our food, had received no service thus far & needed a bit longer; he did not acknowledge any part of my concern, but stated his point again. We did not get omelettes. After finishing our food without any service or beverages, I got up to go find someone. I had to go behind the barrier and knock on the kitchen door to find any staff. They again appeared irritated to have to serve us. Weird, especially we’d made a reservation more than a week in advance. I disappointing experience overall.

It was meh, alright. NOT worth the $74 plus tip for 2 meals. Breakfast was nothing out of the ordinary…honestly felt like a complimentary hotel basic breakfast. All I can say is “been there, done that”. Won’t be ever doing again. VERY OVERRATED & OVER PRICED.

The staff need more training. 1. had to ask for more water 3 times 2. no one took my used dinner dish away, even though it was clear, I was then on my dessert. 3. no staff ever came to ask whether we needed anything, had to flag them down 4. needed extra napkins, a new set of cutlery for the dessert (I don't eat dessert with 'eggy' utensils) 5. we were not directed to the dinner plates - had to search and finally, had to ask (their were out of our sight as we walked from the dining area. Overall, as the cost of brunch included entry into the Park, than was a benefit. Enjoyed the Park itself.

The experience and food was amazing and the fact that your park admission is included in brunch makes it an excellent value. We will definitely be sure to book the weekend brunch with every park visit! The ONLY issue I had with this booking was that according to their website you have to call the number posted to book a table for more than 12 people (we had 14). Within the week we booked, I called the posted number various times and left 3 voicemails with no call back. Between my husband and I, we thankfully could book 2 smaller tables through the app to cover our party size (the app only allows one table booking per user). The weeks that followed our visit I continued to call to explain our situation without an answer or return phone call. This caused a little bit of confusion when we arrived as they did a little bit of rearranging to ensure our 2 tables were beside each other. This all could have been easily avoided with a response to one of my many voicemails and phone calls.

Sat. Sept 7/24. We ate at the restaurant buffet as part of entry to the park. The buffet was good (except all desserts were sickeningly sweet), a very good deal for the added price on the park entry fee. For the amount paid for park entry alone, the park visit was dissappointing. Six in our group - 2 children. the Midway/Exhibition, pony rides, and wagon rides were all shut down. Patrons' reactions demonstrated the park wasn't a place for Drag queen story time.
