   We were running a bit late but they called and changed our reservation. The service was great the food was very good. The only downside was it being loud but some people don’t know how to act in public. Can’t really fault the restaurant for that. We will go back to this one.

   Excellent. Our waitress was phenomenal. Saw reviews where they are accommodating to large parties and this was very true. I received a call asking about arrangements to ensure that it met our expectations. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

   Foodcraft is our favorite Gulf Shores restaurant. Its menu is somewhat limited but adventurous, offering excellent seafood and traditional choices prepared to perfection. Service is understated yet attentive. Considering that it’s located in a hotel, the prices are really quite modest. Compared with other high-end restaurants in the area, Foodcraft is truly a bargain. It is completely accessible and offers gluten free options as well, with servers being knowledgeable about gluten concerns. One potential barrier to public acceptance may be that the parking arrangements are not immediately evident. The restaurant offers complimentary valet parking, which we always use. Selfishly, I’m happy that the restaurant sometimes is not slammed with diners. However, as a service to others looking for a great place for breakfast, lunch or dinner, I will share this “secret” spot. Foodcraft deserves to be at the top of your Gulf Shores list.

   We are foodies, and this hit the mark! So much better than reviews indicated. Drinks and food were amazing. Terrific menu. Generous portions. Jamie Lynn was an awesome server. Seafood gratin, salads, seafood, prime rib, crab cakes, red snapper, cinnamon old fashioned and pecan pie crème brûlée were our favorites.

    This is our 3rd time dining at Foodcraft Coastal on New Year’s Eve. The food is always phenomenal and the service is always exceptional, these are the reasons we keep coming back! It’s also one of the only places in the area that takes reservations on NYE! Highly recommend, you won’t be disappointed!
