   We booked a NYE dinner for 8 adults. We wanted wine, cocktails, appetizers, etc. We were not offered another drink apart from the first order, we had to request more water, our appetizers came after the entrees, the waiter was wearing a ball cap (given the price point his should be a finer dining establishment than that), and then they imposed an auto gratuity of 20%. We were in and out within an hour and 15 minutes. His turnover seemed much more important than our dining experience. And if he gets to put a 20% auto gratuity on a bill where people have ordered a $100 bottle of wine, of course getting us in and out as quickly as possible is the goal. Very disappointing

   Food was amazing! I ordered Red Snapper, entrees came out quickly & desserts were also amazing! Loved it all!

   We are foodies, and this hit the mark! So much better than reviews indicated. Drinks and food were amazing. Terrific menu. Generous portions. Jamie Lynn was an awesome server. Seafood gratin, salads, seafood, prime rib, crab cakes, red snapper, cinnamon old fashioned and pecan pie crème brûlée were our favorites.

   This is our 3rd time dining at Foodcraft Coastal on New Year’s Eve. The food is always phenomenal and the service is always exceptional, these are the reasons we keep coming back! It’s also one of the only places in the area that takes reservations on NYE! Highly recommend, you won’t be disappointed!

   I loved the Breakfast buffet at this restaurant. However the Christmas buffet experience was just okay. I was disappointed at the lack of kid friendly options, and for as much as we paid, I really feel like there should have been more variety. Service was good, and the atmosphere was nice.

   We really enjoyed the Christmas buffet for our first time. The food was all tasty - especially for a buffet. The only thing that kept it from being almost perfect was the temporary running out of prime rib. After waiting some time for it to be replenished, I finally gave up and ate the rest of the meal. My husband did go back for some after eating his dessert, and it was very good. We understand that it can be difficult to judge, and that would not prevent us from eating here again. The dessert choice was amazing, and they tasted as good as they looked!
