   The meat that was served was limited. No chicken selection came by until I asked and requested. Service was not good at all. They were not attentive

   Came here on Valentine’s Day and we had a great time- food was sumptuous and service was exceptional.

   An early Valentines dinner for two on a Wednesday. We timed it right where it wasn't busy at all and we got a ton of attention from great servers and great waiters!! Good drinks and great food. From ambiance to experience, we had an unforgettable night. Whole experience with a few drinks took about 2.5 hours. But we were taking our time, enjoying our self and we did not feel rushed. Would recommend. Shoutout to our waitress, Devin and our Gaucho server Miguel!

   What an absolutely awful experience we had. Besides the fact, the food really isn't very good. The service was some of the worst I've ever had. Especially for the crisis, the staff almost acted and behaved as if you were rude, asking them to do their job. The waitress we had was so woefully inadequate at what she's supposed to be doing, we actually got a laugh out of it. Needless to say, I will never be going back to this place. Especially when a place like cravings in the San Fernando valley is 10 times better. And way cheaper.

   Dinner was good but not great. All of the meat had absolutely no seasoning except for the garlic one, I think sirloin. I asked for chimichurri, and it tasted bland as well. Meat kept coming at us so fast in the beginning, I forgot which was which and honestly it all tasted the same (rib eye, picanya, sirloin, etc.). I only really enjoyed the filet mignon and the garlic sirloin, everything else was cooked medium, medium-well and bland. The market table is good, but I didn't think filling up on that would be worth the $72 we paid. My most favorite thing there was the candied bacon-OMG so good. They had a private 50th bday party in the big outside room and the hostess (I think she's the manager) tried to seat me in there because somehow my reservation said SURPRISE, and I was like...uh I'm not sitting in there with the big party and she kept saying, yes, you are, and I said, no I'm not. She didn't want to spoil the surprise (she thought I was the birthday girl lol), and I said, well, I'm 60 so I know the party isn't for me! Service was pretty good - they were slammed, drinks were super slow - we got our only cocktail half way thru dinner, but not really their fault. Anyways, I can comfortably say, we won't be back - the price is not worth the small amount of meat you get that is pretty flavorless. Chicken, ribs, lamb chops never approached our table, just beef...

   This was a wonderful dining experience. Very relaxed atmosphere. Although they were busy, we did not feel rushed. It was our birthday and we received a free dessert of our choice. Many food options if one does not eat meat.

   Meat was better than most churasco places, antipasto bar very basic, nothing special, king lime to get through. Tables way too crowded together, busy and noisy atmosphere. Looks like they just tried to pack as many tables and chairs in as they could, people pushing by, like a cafeteria. No charm. Expensive for that kind of ambience.

   Not enough servers so poor service. Did not get drinks after ordering and then waited forever for someone to come to table so seemed we needed something the whole time. Was a business dinner so was dissatisfied

    The decoration is very nice and the beef waiters quite efficient (once you tell them what you want since the waiters didn’t tell them…) but the service was terrible. We waited a while (empty restaurant) before being seated. Then we waited and waited, and finally decided to just head out to the buffet, with still no one in sight. We were happy way through our salad when someone finally came to ask what we wanted to drink and if we wanted the cheese balls (why are you asking..?). They brought lukewarm cheese balls and cold mash potatoes. It only took 7 requests (!!!!) to finally get varnish mash potatoes after half hour (we were done with the beef lol). Desert took forever to come. Bottomline, not the best experience (and the place was definitely not full, we wonder how it is when it’s crowded lol). And when we left, no one asked us how was our diner experience, as no one was there to ask lol
