   We arrived at 2:00 pm. The servers were unsure what menu to give us ultimately handed us one menu and then apologized and took that back to give us a second menu. Apparently dinner prices started at 2 o’clock. We ended up with a new server who ended up telling us that she could give us the lunch menu which was approximately $25 per person less however, when the bill came, we were charged the full dinner price. They did get it straight at the end, but it was just one more hiccup in the meal. The food was good, but not quite worth what we paid for it. The market table buffet had some interesting items on it, but none of them were outstanding in any way shape or form Service however was very good. Everyone was attendant and pleasant.

   Salad bar was terrible. For the amount they charge per person it is 100% not worth the money. One of the employees cutting the meat dropped the bottom plate on my husbands lap and grease and blood got all over his boots. Not a good experience

   Went to a wine dinner with Wagyu versus regular side by side. Very interesting concept, but they didn’t serve it that way. Had the regular ribeye first, and then a little bit of Wagyu much later, so never got to do the side by side. Worse, when I asked about the rare Wagyu they said they would bring, they eventually brought something that was clearly not Wagyu, and smelled like it had been there a while. Wines were decent, but overall, left a little disappointed by the whole deal.

   We each had "Market Table," then split the Chilean Sea Bass entre for lunch. The fish was light and flavorful and the side dishes were scrumptious. The waiter did a nice job of dividing the entre. The Market Table was overflowing with delicious and exotic dishes. We tried as many as possible and enjoyed them all. The issue with service was in getting our check. Took way too long and several requests. This was lunch on a weekday. People need to get back to work. Will definitely return for more Brazilian culinary adventures.

   The food was great but it was the WORST service I’ve ever had at a fine dining experience. Do not waste your money.

   called the restaurant 4 times and even spoke in person to one of the managers prior to our reservation to ensure Bringing a cake and balloons was ok for my big party. I had 2 more people added to the party last minute so I called the restaurant 3 hours ahead to ensure they were able to accommodate this and the lady on the phone said it was fine. I arrived to the restaurant 30 min prior to my reservation to put my decorations. There is a lady encharge of “customer service” who told me what table was ok for me to use. In the middle of me and my family having dinner the same lady with another “manager” came to our table to tell us to move our stuff, they said they were not going to touch our decorations but we needed to move them NOW since they were disturbing they other party next to us, even tho she was the one telling me to set up my decorations there. When I arrived, I specifically told her I would do or set up wherever they wanted me to so I won’t bother anyone, she specifically said to place my stuff there. She was very rude and stated she never allowed us to bring extra decor for an additional space, and that if we wanted to decorated we should’ve asked for a private dinning experience which was never offered to me the 3 times I called the restaurant. Ive been to this restaurant many times in the past and Tysons corner & Miami Beach location and never had this type of experiences with the personnel. I personally work with customer service and these two ladies in charge of the customer dinning experience completely ruined ours. I highly suggest getting them train again, They desperately need it. I asked, called and spoke to the managers to ensure this would NOT HAPPEN and to ensure my mom had a good birthday. The Brazilian manager, Pablo & Sofia one of the servers were lovely, but other than that this place lacks of good service and elevated customer experience considering the price.

   Service was good but providing certain steak slowed at the end of our time. We made a late reservation so thankful the team worked us in last minute. Table was a tad cramped.

    This was the third time we went to the restaurant and the meat took a long time to arrive at the table, it was cold, the waiter didn't come to ask if we wanted more drinks, the starters like the cheese bread only came because I ordered it at the end of the meal. And the worst thing for me, I arrived at 2:00 in the afternoon and paid the price for dinner. It was absurd, especially considering the service offered. The cost-benefit was very disproportionate. I was very disappointed, our second visit was not good either, but we decided to go back and unfortunately nothing has changed. I don't intend to go back.
