   Our appointment at 8 pm we didn’t get the table til 8:45pm. The meat are pretty rough and raw.

   We arrived before our reservation time. The host was able to sit us sooner. A great start. Our server Emely was great for how busy it was. And we also had one of the managers come check up on us a few times which was a nice touch. The meat cuts were great this time around. The drinks are always amazing both from the bar and the mobile cart. We dine at Fogo often and experiences like these are what keep us coming back. Both at the Pasadena location and the Irvine location.

   This was a beautiful location with high ceilings. Very popular b/c the dinner crowd was full. They overly dim the lights though, it's hard to see what you are eating. The salad bar was stellar. Near the soup / rice / beans station they had this amazing seasoned thick cut bacon, also candied yams, etc. Dinner was amazing with the churrascuria service pretty great. We got great cuts, specialty cuts like pork belly with honey and lime, the grilled cheese w honey, grilled pineapple, etc. - I thought it was missing the short rib and few other tastier cuts Desserts were fantastic! The papaya cream was so great. The creme brulee cheesecake with berry compote was stellar! And the fruits: Everything was in season and fresh: pineapples, papayas, melons, and pomegranates!!! The sides were rock solid: mashed potatoes, polenta fries and plaintains. The cheesebread balls were a bit hard, overly warmed up? Service was nice and solid! I would go back but dine during earlier hours when it is brighter. there is tiny LED candle on the table but it's way way too dark. The architecture of the space is stunning, they should show it off more with more light. Left in a food coma. Wine and arnold palmer were good.

   The service was not good… the meats were not good and they seldom go to our table unless we call them. We were not happy about that. They even forgot our coffee and when they served it, it was not hot.

   Delectable and delicious! All the ingredients are fresh and crisp! The meats are juicy and well prepared. Our waitress and the staff were very attentive despite the restaurant being so full. The only advice I would give this restaurant is make way for your visitors. We had so much staff cutting us off while walking to the salad bar or the restroom. The one thing I have remembered from very prestigious restaurants is the staff giving the patrons the right of way in the hallways etc. Other than this, it was a wonderful evening with amazing food!

   Even I had reservation but was waiting 40 minutes to be seated, I ordered drink but nothing happened, very noisy and huge waiting time to get served .
