   The staff was very friendly and attentive. They were happy to bring anything you asked for. They even gave a fun little birthday surprise for my daughter’s 16th birthday.

   The food and the serve were amazing! The place is just stunning and I really loved the vibe and the atmosphere. The only thing was that, even though I made a reservation, they took almost 30 minutes to give us a table.  Other than that, the service was great! :)

   Good service. Yummy food. It’s truly rewarding to witness such dedication to excellent service. The small gestures often make the biggest difference in creating a positive experience. Knowing someone cares enough to go the extra mile brightens everyone's day. These acts of service, however small they may seem, contribute significantly to a welcoming atmosphere.    My wife and I when for date night and experience the wine tasting event. I was a four course meal and wine pairing. We have an amazing experience with the food, wine and ambiance. We definitely will come back for the next event.

   I chose to celebrate one of my clients/ Comedian friend birthday “55” on Sunday March 16 at your establishment . Out of all the choices in Chicago I chose Fogo de Chão Oakbrook because I thought it would be a better area for the experience. The table they sat us at was in the runway!! nobody should ever be sat at this table!! Ever! not to mention if you’re disabled and have a hard time getting up or just take an extra few minutes, the people are constantly walking back-and-forth back-and-forth. It was very annoying. I thought it this location was a higher standard restaurant choice in Oak Brook, but apparently no one in Fogo de Chão on the weight staff, could sing “happy birthday” in “Portuguese” to my friend! one of the waiters tried, but he sang it to me not the birthday person! So, by then the surprise the ambience was ruined. I usually let a lot of things slide, and although my guest that I was entertaining didn’t see all the flaws as I did; however, I was just really very unsatisfied with the service thank you for your time. Out of all the choices in Chicago I chose Fogo de Chão Oakbrook because I thought it would be a better choice for the experience. ambience and so on… 😢

    The service here in Oak Brook, never disappoints. We had celebrated my husband’s birthday dinner here last night. Although it was extremely crowded, the service was TOP TIER! we never had to wait for any meat service, or for our glasses to be refilled.. Even on an extremely crowded night like a Saturday, the service and hospitality was amazing! 5 STARS
