   Must have been short of staff because it was New Year’s Day. We waited quite a while before anyone noticed that we were waiting for our table Service was off throughout our meal as well. Food was good but we were a little disappointed.

   Food is Amazing! Female servers were HORRIBLE , while the male servers that came to the table with the meat were friendly and very attentive. Took one hour to get a drink from the bar.

   Food was amazing but the service and the restaurant it’s self was horrible. Table near us was set with chunks of food on the floor. Drinks took about 15 minutes to come to the table. Salad bar had old meat on it. Etc.

   I don’t mind paying for a good meal, but this was horrible . I know it’s a holiday and I’ve been in the industry myself. The cocktails were terrible and they’re charging me full price. Like I said, I don’t mind paying for good quality. I didn’t see one manager on the floor, directing anything. If you can’t properly staff, then don’t open. This is a chain so then just keep a few of the restaurants open so they can run properly. Very very disappointing. I’m sure the people that were working. We’re doing their best to handle it all.

   We had high hopes for our Christmas Eve dinner at Fogo De Chão in Huntington, especially after making an 8:30 PM reservation. Unfortunately, the experience was far from what we expected. The main issue was the lack of meats coming around. For a restaurant known for its continuous service of freshly grilled cuts, it was incredibly disappointing to have such long waits between servings. When the meats did come around, they were consistently overcooked, which further dampened the experience. The service was equally subpar. It felt as though the staff was either overwhelmed or uninterested. Our table was frequently ignored, and we had to repeatedly ask for items that should have been proactively offered. For the premium price and the special occasion, this experience fell far below expectations. We were really looking forward to a memorable evening, but sadly, this wasn’t it.

   Went for a Christmas dinner this week and reserved a table for 8. We were greeted and seated right away, that’s where the service ended. Waitress was terrible, she didn’t explain the menu well, she seemed sleepy and tired, had to keep asking where our drinks were, the appetizer came before our drinks. She ended up disappearing and we found another waitress to help us get the check at the end of the night. For a place this expensive they need to train their wait staff better and not hire kids that don’t want to be there.

    Poor service, if you are not sitting by where the meats come out you don't get many choices. Saw many different meats that other tables were served but the server either never came to my table or was out of the meat by the time he got near us.
