   I had WAY better experience at the El Segundo branch. Service here at Huntington Beach is no bueno. Our server forgot about our table. 🙄 The servers that goes around to give you meat only went to our table 5 times and out of the 2 same meat. Definitely not going back to HB location.

   All the sides seem like they are old and everything and I mean everything was under seasoned! The meat cuts were all tough or chewy and the best thing was the rib eye but I kept asking and asking about it and finally towards the end we got some. Out drinks didn’t arrive until we were almost done eating, I paid for premium which is almost $100 and it was not worth it. I’m sad because I been to other fogos and I remember the food being good and last night it wasn’t even eatable, I went home hungry. 😭

   Waitress was extremely rude made faces and ignored us the whole time… got a new server old server kept walking by and making nasty faces

   Gilbert was our server, and did a great job of checking in on us. The food was excellent, and there was never any down time, because a server was always nearby to provide additional tastings. And the Crème Brûlée Cheesecake was phenomenal for dessert!

   Disappointing experience - I’ve eaten in Fogo de Chao in Brazil, UK and in Houston and Chicago - but this was the first time I have left feeling dissatisfied. The quality of the meat we received was no where near the level I have had elsewhere .. and the service was appalling. We got offered top sirloin about 10 times but hardly any other meat was offered to us .. despite requests .. servers just seemed to aim for other areas of the restaurant and then went straight back to the kitchen. I shan’t be returning anytime soon.

    They were overbooked that day so we were waiting for a cool minute but overall the food was worth it & by the time we sat down we did actually get to start eating . Next time I will book a earlier time slot
