   We had a terrible experience. The salad bar was ok … many of the items were not ripe, pineapple, kiwi, tomatoes, papaya. We went to the salad bar, arrived back at the table with all the side dishes brought out already…they were all cold by the time we were ready to enjoy the meats! The bread which I enjoy so much cold, hard and tasted terrible! The meats: we had underseasoned and overcooked meats. Only the ribeye and garlic sirloin were good, flank steak not bad. Chicken and lamb chops all well done and I did not eat! No grilled pineapple or beef rib ever came around. I asked the waiter about that. He was nice to bring some from the kitchen but the pineapples were not grilled and the beef rib was beyond well done! I had tried a bowl of the tomato mozzarella soup, went back later for another bowl. I couldn’t drink it as it was very spicy the second time. They offer a $25 bonus w the gift card purchase but they do not tell you that the bonus card will be valid in 7 weeks, such deception! Would not recommend! I’m not even going to go come back, they can keep the bs $25 bonus!

   They don’t honor reservation times. We waited over 45 minutes after our reservation time. The check in was horrendous and they had a lot of people who didn’t know what they were doing managing check in. Meat was over cooked most of the time. The only positive was our server who was nice and helpful. Other than that, pretty terrible overall! Definitely not the same quality as other locations.

   Food was bland and not so good price is not justified for what you get At all… much better restaurants same style exist with more variety and better way quality and flavor of cuts ,, salad area limited in comparison to other same style places waiters pass table, and the selection is very limited. Was there  an hour and many cuts didn’t even make it to my table. Pass on this spend elsewhere I am a chef and have worked in the industry for many years and have owned several restaurants I am speaking based on facts Service was fair as I said meats passed around scarcely
