   El servicio fue muy lento, a pesar de tener reservación, tuvimos que esperar. Las espadas tardaban muchísimo en pasar, aunque los llamamos en varias ocasiones… Esta vez NO fue una buena experiencia.. Pueden mejorar el nivel de servicio

   The service was horrible. We check in on time for our reservation. We were told it would be a few minutes. 20 minutes later we weren't seated and asked how much longer. The hostess told us it would be awhile since we were checking in 20 minutes late and chastised us about it. We swiftly told her no and another hostess had to tell her we were already checked in. We were seated and the waitress took our drink orders and side order requests. Came back with the drinks and never the bread or side orders. We didn't see her for a full hour. We got 5 meats in the first 20 minutes and no one came after that. We had to get someone to request more. Our drinks were never refilled. Our waitress came back one time after we found her and flagged her down. She brought the sides when we were done with our food then had someone else bring the check and never checked back in again. It took 20 more minutes for us to even pay the check. It was a HORRIBLE experience for my birthday celebrations and I won't be populating this establishment again.

   Had one of my worst experiences this evening and I’ve been many times. Horrible service and waited for the server repeatedly. Overcooked by burger and the meal started with the hostess forgetting to get a high chair for my son and also no plates, napkins or cutlery was given until asked 20 minutes later. I know this restaurant can do better. I will still give it an another chance, must have been an off night for them.

   I have visited many Fogo de Chão locations. This is the fifth time I have visited this location. The first, three times were good. The fourth time was not great; however, I thought it was just a bad day. I went today, and it was worse than the last time. Two of the steaks were chewy. I kept saying I wanted medium, but they kept serving me well-done. I told them, just not to be rude, —I will take this one, but please bring medium. The only good thing was the ribeye. I asked for two lamb chops, medium, but they brought them well-done, and the meat was chewy. Throughout the whole experience, they never gave me a single medium piece of meat. I felt like the meat was either old or recently defrosted. I didn’t understand why they just couldn’t bring me a medium piece of meat. I doubt I will come back, but if by chance I do, I hope you have improved the experience to better represent other Fogo de Chão locations.

   Fogle never seems to disappoint the absolute perfect place for any occasion the food decor, ambience and service are all outstanding. We had Queila this evening and she was so on point, we ordered off the happy hour menu which is amazing value and left completely satisfied. I’ve been attending regularly since discovering it and will continue to do so everything about the restaurant including location are 10/10!
