   Overall worse experience ever! Had reservations at 7:45- for 2!!! My table wasn’t ready until 8:50! The service was horrible! We were only asked one time for drinks! We only got 4 rounds of meat ! And only got two servings! Asked for the meat well done they said they don’t do well done ! One beer One cocktail Worse service! $230 tab! Never again!

   Booked a valentine dinner date for 7:15pm . We arrived early and got told our reservation was not accurate . When I asked for the manager she stated , " well you see a lot of people here wanting to eat , you see it's full . " not a typical response I get from a " manager " . We waited for going two hours with other guest that has been waiting longer before us. First time trying a steak house and couldn't really even try it lol . Rude manager , she needs more patience .

   We went on Valentine's Day with a reservation. They overbooked so it was chaos at the door going in. Tons of people were there waiting for their tables and you could barely move. They did walk around and pass out bits of sausage and chicken to everyone standing around waiting. It took us about an hour to be seated from our reservation time. We were sat in a corner right next to an exit where people had to scoot by me to get out the door. We were also hidden somewhat so the food servers forgot to come to us. They also always got to us last so we would get cuts of meat that weren't as good. Anytime we really wanted to try a different meat or food, we'd have to ask a server to get someone to bring that food by. The first server that we spoke to never brought me my drink. We had to get our own plates. No one ever brought us the bread that every other table had been given. I had to add salt to almost every bite of food we had because it wasn't that flavorful. The restaurant is beautiful. The drinks are very good. The experience probably would have been better if we weren't crammed in the hidden corner and if it wasn't an overly booked holiday. The workers did appear to be working very hard although we were often forgotten. Pricing was as expected for this type of restaurant.

   Made a reservation for 6:30 and I wasn't seated until 7:20. The sheer number of reservations shouldn't have been allowed in their system based on the number of tables. It was frustrating to wait that long, especially on Valentine's Day.

   I enjoyed my time. I went on Valentine’s Day and had to wait a half hour to be seated with a reservation. Everything else was great.

   On a Valentine’s day never come. Tables were tight, meat didn’t come often. Server not great, forgot our bread which I waited and never had.

   Not sure if this was on off day but our experience was pretty bad from start to finish. We were promptly seated but a server never showed up to take our order. After 10 minutes, we just showed ourselves to the buffet area and flipped our signs to green. It probably took 10-15 minutes for anyone to come over with any meat. Then another 10 minutes later, a server came and introduced himself (over 30 minutes after we were seated). The meat came out very sporadically with long periods of waiting in between.

   This restaurant is not good for families with small kids. The food was good but not worth $80. There were not a lot of meat offers going around and there's not a lot of food choices. The drinks are amazing though. They also should probably worked on the waiting area.

   It’s fantastic good and value. Super attentive servers and really delicious. The salad and weekend brunch bars are great, the lunch/dinner meats fantastic

    Food was excellent. Drinks were a bit slow and the staff made up for it fairly. Will definitely dine here again!
