   I was very disappointed with my experience at Fogo de Chão in Elmhurst. The service was underwhelming, the atmosphere was excessively loud, and the food was bland with a very limited selection. The only highlight was the drink, which was enjoyable.

   Very nice except there are certain meats that are only available upon request. If a customer doesn’t know to ask, they will not get those items.

   The staff barely refill the salad bar when it’s empty such as the salmon, prosciutto, potatoes salad and the fruits. The meats that were brought around were the same meat every time. All the do is keep pushing the chicken leg and thighs. For example when I ask for pork belly, it came once then when I ask again, they say they making it. Then it never came the rest of the night. I have a poor experience here once again. This is my second time at this location and it was awful. I would not recommend people to come here.

   it was alright. waited over 25 to be seated. afterwards we had left our food to use the bathroom and they threw it out

Enjoy tastings of Wagyu Ribeye alongside Bone-in Ribeye, perfectly paired with three glasses of the all-time favorites' VIK wines of your choice and savory bar bites including Brazilian-style Empanadas, Bacon Wrap Steak, and more. What we received: My friends and I a party of 6 went for a wine tasting a choice of 3 per person have in mind very small glass of wine not a regular glass , also wagyu meat and bone in Ribeye at the Fogo de Ciao Emlhurst Queens on 11/7/24. We spent $357.11 for 2 little strips of meat for me and my friend my wife and the other 3 friends recieved only one when we ask kindly if they can give a second strip the waiter said there were not enough meat for the rest of table the meat not reaching 4 inches in lentgh and not thick more than 1/16 . We got the empanadas & bacon wrap little bite of steak. The wine tasting was ok.What was promised the bone in ribeye never made it to our table we did see how it made it to a few others but not us and it was included in the promotion. So we paid for a promotion half fulfilled. This is very frustrating and awkward you paid to eat you are not begging for a favor. I love eating good food but I feel I overpaid also did my friends the full promotion was not delivered. Very sad this type of behavior. We had to first wait 30 mnts to get water then we had to ask for the wine and then the meat service. Certainly will never come back or recommend other to come. I love to eat also enjoy with my friends but the fogo the ciao in elmhurst felt short to deliver its promised . My wife and I dont mind spending money but how I can we enjoy spending it if the restaurant falls short on delivering what they have offered? Very sad and mad . Going home full of air in my stomach and so are my friends very cheated. Shame on Fogo de Ciao Elmhurst Queens NY.
