   Our server disappeared for almost an hour. We had to ask 5 or 6 times for water refills and certain food items to be sent to our area.

   We went on Christmas looking forward to a nice quiet dinner with the family. Waited for server to bring out more plates for the salad bar. Soup was empty as well as many of the plates on the salad bar so had to make multiple trips to check whether they were refilled. We had a few people in our party who chose to get Picanha on rotation. They came by our table once and gave everyone one sliver of meat. We had to ask three times just for them to come around a second time. I felt like they just wanted us to fill up on the salad bar with all that waiting time. All in all it ended up being a 3 hour dinner with them coming by our table 3x with the meats we actually wanted. It was disappointing, not worth what we paid, and dampened our holiday dinner.

   We were there on Christmas Day for an early dinner. They overbooked by A LOT. There wasn’t even a place to comfortably wait there were so many people. The line at the salad bar was crazy and about a third of the food was empty. People were waiting for food to be brought out leading to more crowding. The staff working was doing their best.

   Not the best experience. Only received 4 out of the 9 meats. Was intentionally skipped over almost every time despite having my pog on green. The manager didn’t care about my concerns. It got so bad the table next to me had to wave someone down to serve me. This was the worst Christmas dinner ever.

   The bar service could had been better and when they come out with the meats, they went to the bigger tables first.

   Excellent experience. Food was great stuff was attentive. Love the look at the ambience in the restaurant. Noise level was a little high with the music and the number of people.

   We had a wonderful experience. Great food and outstanding service. Our server Fabi was so attentive and made sure we were very satisfied.

   Overall the food was very good. Unfortunately, I can’t say the same for the service… At some point (I am not sure if our waitress had finished her shift) we were completely abandoned for about an hour. No one came to our table to check on us. I had to go to the front and grab a dessert menu and then go get someone to take our order. Very disappointed.
