   I will say it was a busy night and we waited a bit before being seated. We were attended to but I felt like the meat being passed was the same that kept circling. We had to keep asking for different meat etc. The lamb chops way over cooked well done . Just for the price you pay I expected better. This is our fifth time at a fogo de chao and we look forward to it every time but disappointed this go round. The location though we prefer vs going to BH or DTLA.

   We went there for a birthday celebration Not sure if our server was new, she tried but did not have a knack for being attentive. We had to get somebody’s attention for drink refills. Food was good

   Perfect meal , accommodate babies very well. Less busy during the week and service seems better than weekend. The salad buffet seems to be sheinked.

   The food was great… as always. The service is horrible. We waited to be seated 36 minutes after our reservation time. Waitress was nice, but non existent. I was scolded for removing my own plate while trying to get a fresh one - told the waitress is supposed to do that! Hmm, maybe if she did, I wouldn’t have to bus my own dishes. And then they gave the audacity to suggest a 22% tip. Ridiculous!

   Unfortunately, this is not the first time we’ve experienced terrible service at this location. We had to wait over an hour for the meat service to come by our table—and that was after we asked our server about the issue. Again, this is an issue with this location only—we’ve been to several other locations but this one was very disappointing.

    Unfortunately the service was poor with our wait staff. We had to constantly request our wait staff from other waiters and waitresses that attended other guests. Refills on drinks were a mission. The servers that came around with meat options were very attentive, thank you. Food was good but the buffet bar was limited and wasn’t restocked in a timely manner.
