   Outstanding event. Everything was so organized, players came on time, the food n drinks was amazing & the staff was so nice & respectful. You guys definitely should do more events like this.

   Ozzy and Violet and the rest of the staff were super amazing. They took great care of us and I will definitely be back. The staff were very attentive. Everything was just on point and I love the ambience.

   Our server was great. But we had to ask for them to come around with meat, multiple times.

   I had the worst experience at this location on November 17,2024 I always go to the Fogo de chao in the city. This was my first time at the bk location but this was my son first time at fogo de chao all together.. we were so excited to eat and couldn’t wait to get served. My reservations was for 6pm I order a drink and flipped my circle to green. Around 6:20 one of the guys who was working the floored asked if anyone came to us yet and we explained NO. Around 10 minutes later we watch all the waiters go to this one area that had full tables maybe 6 or more people they just kept going there. Around 6:40 I still did not have my drink nor did any one come around with any type of meat for me or my son to eat. Once my son said to me that he felt like people who were other races were getting served before us I knew it was time to go. this was the worst experience I ever had with fogo de chao I usually have the best experience ever I was so disappointed that my son experience this at fogo de Chao. I told the waitress about not getting served yet and also her forgetting my drink she said she would go check about the service and at the bar for my drink but I was totally turned off. This is my favorite place so I will be going back but just not to the Brooklyn location.

   Overall, the Manhattan location is older and better. Better quality cuts and service. The Brooklyn location was loud and crammed, very difficult to hear or understand waiters, and delisted our asking several times for piranha, we had to make a request to the management. Skimping out on the better meats... But I would go back for rice and beans and the a la carte manual...

   Not sure how new that Fogo is but they need help. Service was mid to bad. They had a manager or someone who we thought was manager or host and he was inattentive, even with hardly anyone in the restaurant. I can’t tell you how many times we asked for the same drinks and it just took forever. The people coming around with food were scarce, leading us to go find them to attend to us. I’m not sure what the table behind us ate because I watched as they kept looking around to see if anyone was coming to serve them, then they left in frustration. The guy clearing our table had to be stopped because he kept reaching across and too close to people’s faces and I told him I’d just pass him the empty plates. All in all, everyone here is inexperienced, from the top to the bottom and they’re ruining the Fogo experience. The need to close for a full day and train their personnel.

   It was amazing!! It was a little packed so I had to wait 30 mins for my table, but it was well worth the wait! I enjoyed every second and the waiters were very respectful about my card being flipped to no thanks. Overall, it was a beautiful experience and place!
