   Made a reservation for my husband’s birthday. We got there on time and there was a bunch of people standing in the waiting area. After watching them sit 8 tables we were finally called on us (20 MINUTES later) to ask if we were okay sitting in the bar area at a table that had a bunch of people standing as they waited. This was a birthday celebration so we did not want to sit there. We waiting an additional 10/15 minutes later and finally left. We waiting over 30 minutes to not have a table though we made a reservation.

   They need more employees, service very slow . I booked a nice table to celebrate a birthday, and they give us a table in front to the door receiving chili air after each minute when people went in and out . Totally overpriced for guest service.

   Bridgewater… we have been to various positions mainly Wayne. Although we bought the $71 all meats including filet, rib eye etc we didn’t get any! We got the basics… basic steak, chicken (2), sausage etc. we waited and asked for the real meats… still nothing. Told another person, then managers. My husband asked again politely, he’s waiting to eat the main food… he spoke to a lot 5 different people until our table of 5… got the filet, rib eye after practically g begging since that’s why he brought us there .. right?? Watch out! After talking to others, seems they do this ALOT! Go to Wayne or go to Newark where you get what you pay for!! Not Bridgewater!!

   wonderfully lunch with 5 friends specifically for the Marketplace salad bar. The butternut squash soup was fantastic. The black beans are so good! The choice of items on the salad bar is wondeful. The Marketplace salad bar is a great value for lunch.

   I think the quality of the cuts like picanha could be improved, using USD angus Prime. Overall, it is an amazing restaurant.

   Salad bar was too much cold choices but tasty. I ordered salmon and waited 20 minutes for it and it was overcooked. My spouse had a meat, all you can eat, and he enjoyed it. They did take the salmon off the bill.

    This was my second time but first event. Once we arrived the hostess made us aware we would need to pay in advance before closing out. WE understood. Oh I forgot to mention this was a Wagyu Wine event (bar area only) We sat down and were given tickets for drinks, ok this is when it gets interesting, we were told again we needed to close our bill out now a 18% tip. Didn't drink, eat, nothing but we needed to close out. Bites were ok, steak was delicious and wine but not them keep ask for us to close out. So unprofessional and tacky. I recommend when making reservations you require a credit card so you don't have to keep asking for payment from patrons to pay before even being served.
