Fogo de Chão is a favorite restaurant in Washington DC. The good is excellent, as is the service. The $18 salad bar remains probably the best deal in DC. On this particular occasion, there were two large, loud parties at opposite ends of the dining room, so the noise level was uncharacteristically high. This is not usually the case.
