   good service, and good food; but if you are a first-time visitor, you need to know that the entrance is on Routh St not on Mckinney Ave

   The service at this restaurant has significant room for improvement. We had a noon reservation for brunch, and the restaurant had been open for just an hour when we arrived. Upon seating, we discovered they only offered decaf coffee, with no regular coffee available. Additionally, the omelet station was not operational at the time due to a shortage of butane. It was only after a delay that someone brought more butane, allowing my wife to eventually get an omelet. Our waiter was inattentive and seemed more focused on other tasks than ensuring our table’s needs were met. In contrast, the staff members serving various types of meat were much more attentive. While I cannot speak to the quality of service at other locations, based on our experience, I would not recommend this particular one. Should we choose to visit again, we will consider trying one of their other DFW locations.

   It was Valentine’s Day our first time going to the restaurant. The experience was interesting experience overall being a one of the busiest nights. The only thing we experienced we didn’t like was the multiple waiters/waitresses forgetting our drinks orders from the bar, we ordered our drinks after we came back from the salad bar. We asked 3 times for our drinks by the time we finished our food we ended up canceling the drink order off the ticket we spent about a hour and a half before canceling our drinks order. Besides that hiccup we’re willing to come back.

   Brought my girlfriend to this lovely venue for Valentine’s Day and to also celebrate her birthday. We had a reservation at 8:15 PM but because it was Valentine’s Day, I knew we had to wait a little bit longer. We waited an additional 45 minutes to an hour, but was sad immediately, and the server greeted us With warmth and knowledge. It was a great experience and thank you.

   We went on Valentine’s Day, so I realize it was busy, but we had a reservation at 7:15 and we’re not seated until 8 pm. The waiter only came by once and overall it wasn’t a great dining experience. Maybe on another day it could have been better, but the wait to be seated and basically no server did not make me want to return.

    Nigel and Claudia were our servers for the evening and they weee awesome! Came in for a birthday celebration and they were more than accommodating to our family. Great experience!
