   Christmas dinner was a gong show of people and the packed restaurant had us seated in the back near peeling walls, it was a maze to get to the salad buffet and our harried waitress was short on smiles. The lamb was amazing, the chicken was ok.

   We were seated for our 6:15 reservations at 7:40!! We were not given any indication it would be that long and when I asked at 6:45, I was told, we can’t tell how long it takes others to finish. I heard someone else say “we’re seating 5:30 now”. No apology, no explanation. There were a few runners bringing shot glass size glasses of champagne to waiting guests, but that led to overflowing trash cans and plastic cups on surfaces and counters. There was not enough seating for waiting guests. Once inside, our server did her job, but was not friendly or happy about it. The salad bar had a long, long line and was out of many items as we went through. The sides that were brought to the table were very sparse, but we didn’t eat them anyway as they were cold and not fresh. It was chaotic, crowded and loud inside. The heroes of the evening were the bartender, who was pouring generous drinks, the caprihiana table-side service (who was personable, engaging, and entertaining) and the carvers who quickly brought tasty, hot, generous portions of perfectly cooked meat. A special note: Mateo was our favorite- he was in charge of the bacon wrapped meat and introduced himself and promised to be “our guy.” It was our second time trying this restaurant, but there won’t be a third. For a $400 ticket (before tip) we can go to a steakhouse or establishment that is able to provide the service and ambience that that amount of money should be able to buy. Don’t recommend.

   We had a reservation for 6:00 pm. We didn't get seated until 7:00 pm. A lot of meats were over cooked. We also didn't get offered all the different kinds of meats. We will not be going back.

   Waited an hour and half past reservation time to be seated. Staff was nice. They brought out champagne and samples for those waiting. Heaters were a nice touch. I couldn’t enjoy the experience because it was too crowded. They brought the meats in batches to where I couldn’t catch up. The salad bar was not that great. Meats weee delish. Servers were very nice. I want to give it one more shot.

   Having dinner at Fugo this Christmas was just a wonderful dining experience because of the fantastic General Manager Mimi & her excellent staff which consists of Rachel her asst. mgr., Eddie customer ser., Gaucho Guzman who brought us fantastic filet mignon & a host of other great employees which made our dinner absolutely the best. The service that Mimi who is a hands on General Manager makes this restaurant a gem with a 5 star rating because of her expertise & having her staff deliver excellent customer service. We highly recommend this restaurant.

   We visited on Christmas Evening. Reservation for 5pm and after waiting 53 minutes we were seated. It was an absolute mad house inside, the seating was so cramped, so tight, so uncomfortable. The salad bar was out of many items that were slow to be restocked and the meat service was sporadic and slow. My first mistake was seeing the crowds of people waiting to be sat and waiting with them and my second mistake was staying and wasting an obscene amount of money on a less than great meal. Most of the beef was charred and salty on the outside but RAW on the inside, think black and blue. The beef we were offered was tasted and then we piled it on a separate plate because it was inedible and a few cuts also had the taste of gas/propane, something chemically charred. Our server was kind and did his best but what an absolute gong show as far as food service. The only good part was the cheese with honey and the cheese bread was served hot. The rest was depressing. Fogo has lost its allure. They are more concerned with packing as many $60/head people in the restaurant than serving quality food and giving a great experience. Never Again.

   Very busy on Xmas day but very good as always. Service wasn’t quite as good since they were soooo busy but they were all working hard and it was a good experience. If you go on Xmas, just be prepared for things to take longer

   This place was super busy! I don’t think they had enough help. First round of meat was rare and cold. But after that, the meat was really good. Service was slow but I think it was because it was so busy. Overall it was great food.

    We had a 3:45 PM confirmed reservation for a party of 4 today. We arrived 10 minutes early and were directed to wait standing outside. We asked how long the wait would be and we were told “about 40 min”. This is the second time we have had a similar experience at this restaurant. We immediately left and had a wonderful dinner at STK with no wait.
