This was the worst experience. They overbooked for Thanksgiving and what ever time your reservation was, you didn’t get seated until 2 hours later. This was so poorly managed and unacceptable. People all around were upset, people left and no one from management came outside to deal with the mess. How incredibly disappointing. Never ruin your holiday by wasting your time with a reservation here.

Overall experience during Thanksgiving was very frustrating, 2h wait with reservation. Avoid during holidays, that would be my advice, food as always very good but not worth the wait

Had 6:00 reservation. When we arrived they were sitting 4:00 reservations. Waited outside with no seats. For one hour. Left and waw called at 7:45 that our table was ready. Wrote off restaurant

We made a 6pm reservation through OpenTable and still waited 1 and1/2 hours until we were seated. Very, very disappointed and will not dine there again. Fogo is now a Nogo.

Thank you for such a great dinner on Thanksgiving night. Yes, there were probably 100 people waiting outside for hours even though they had reservations. However, once we were seated, the service was flawless. Plenty of food, servers were happy and cheerful in spite of probably being exhausted. Just wanted to say thank you and let you know our evening was a bit more special by dining there.
