The service was horrible. The price was higher than at the other Fogo De Chao locations, properly due to being in San Francisco. Food took too long to be served. Requests for specific meats were ignored. Only 30% of the meat variety was offered, which does not make sense for an all-you-can-eat restaurant.

Despite having a reservation, we had to wait 45 minutes to be seated. After being seated, we were ignored for an additional 15 minutes. The tables around us were seated after us but were served before us. The staff was rude, and overall, this made the entire experience terrible. I’m so disappointed because I’ve been to this location numerous times and have never been treated this way.

Loved the experience. Will definitely be back again. The pre carnival celebration was great. I got to try so many different things! Fogo de Chao is becoming my top favorite restaurant!

It was my 33rd birthday, a spot I’ve been to before for just brunch. I guess because it was busy I couldn’t get the birthday experience but overall I was satisfied with the server attending my party.

Multiple people in our party did not receive their food. The sides came out cold. Besides not being charged, nothing else was done to accommodate the poor service. Disappointed as this was one of my favorite restaurants

Very busy, Lobby was terribly full and chaotic. Server had too many tables and server assistant was rude and dismissive.

Don’t reserve here if you expect to be seated on time. I was sat down 25 minutes after my reservation and waited 30 minutes for two cocktails. They keep seating people that had reservations at 8pm and it was 9:45. Don’t recommend coming here

Our reservation was at 9:30, we didn’t get seated until 10:50 pm. Our server was only there to take our order and she was gone the whole night. The meat server’s would skip our table. We were there for an hour and only was served meat 4 times. I would not be going back
