   New Year’s Eve dinner, pretty packed. Seated promptly with reservations. Managed to provide great service despite the crowd. Well done.

   First the valet was great, obviously on New Years it was busy so it was noisy. Staff were very friendly but communication was challenging. Now let’s get to the food. The salad bar was lacking and showed no initiative. We ordered the $165 porterhouse. The sides that we had no choice in, were delivered 20 minutes before the steak, and were as follows; runny instant mashed potatoes, half of a fried banana, and something that resembled toasted cheese croutons. Not very tasty at all. We asked them to remove them. When the steak arrived it was medium rare and still bloody. We asked for medium well. They took that back and returned the same steak that now tasted like rubber. Hands down the worst steak we’ve ever had. So here we are sharing a 30 ounce porterhouse that was the only thing on our table. My wife said the wine was good, and I ordered water and a soda. They brought me an actual can of coke. You heard that right. An actual can of coke that wasn’t even chilled. I’m not sure why people give this place a good rating. We’re very humble people that rarely give a bad reviews, however, this place earned it. We will never return to this restaurant. We’d rather pick up some McDonald’s.    I have visited several Fogo de Chão locations, but my recent experience at this particular one was disappointing. I anticipated a higher level of quality. It's possible that the New Year's Eve festivities impacted the food preparation, as it seemed rushed. Additionally, the buffet table did not meet my expectations, which was disheartening.

   Overall the food is pretty good. We like they have a complimentary option for children under 6. Service is ok, but feels rushed and detached.

    We had a disappointing experience at this restaurant, and I feel it is essential to share it. The service we encountered was subpar, especially considering the prices charged. After our initial drink orders, the waiter did not return to check on us, which was frustrating. Additionally, we requested a specific type of meat but did not receive it. Even though the restaurant was full and busy, this does not excuse the lack of attention we received compared to other tables. We also noted in our reservation that we were celebrating our son's birthday and requested a candle for his slice of cake, but unfortunately, this request was overlooked. Based on my experience, I would advise potential customers to consider their options carefully before dining at this establishment, as it did not provide the value expected for the price paid.
