   We really like this place, management is very good. Service is usually great on Friday and Saturday for some reason. Yesterday the service started great and then our waiter decided not to show up for 40 minutes. We had to wait for dessert and the check for over 45 minutes. During Christmas time forget about your reservation you are still going to wait 30 to 45 minutes beyond your reservation time. The tables are also too close to each other, we can’t move and get hit in the back by everyone passing by. Hopefully they can take these issues into consideration.

   I’ve dined at many Fogo de Chao’s and this location is the worst location I’ve ever been to. Restaurant was too overcrowded, staff rude and hardly ever check in on you, and the food was not up to par with other locations.

   We arrived for our reservation and were told it would be about 20mins wait. We went to the bar to wait and ordered a drink and an appetizer. The app came out medium well vs medium rare, we tried again and the same thing happened. We ordered another app and were told it would be about 45mins, so we declined. Our table was finally ready after waiting over 50 mins (for our reserved table, mind you). We decided to skip the table and leave after a couple drinks, a few overcooked apps and one app that never came. Our advice, find a different restaurant!! The real insult was when we got an email from Open Tsnle asking why we missed our reservation….we will not go back!!

    Salad bar was very fresh well stocked with many different items, not commonly seen on most salads. The meats were hot, cooked as specified. the filets, ribeye, and flank steaks had great flavor and very tender. The servers were very attentive with anything needed, or refilling drinks and checking if anything else needed.
