   Very busy but the servers were on top of everything. Great experience had a lot of fun with family and friends.

   It was packed for Valentine's Day and we had to wait for 30 minutes for our table even when we had a reservation... We bought a drink at the bar to not be freezing by the front door waiting for our food... Food was delicious though as always.

   Cuts of meat were much better in Naperville than the one in River North, Chicago. I will be back.

   Dinner was unsatisfactory. It will not enjoyable, it felt rushed. The salad bar was not fresh. The server seemed like she didn’t know what she was doing.

   We had a lovely Valentine’s Day lunch! The place was busy but not frantically so. After some initial trouble getting the table setting right, the service was very smooth. This time we thought the lamb was the star, followed by the Parmesan pork. The salad bar (which we know not to overdo!) nicely diverse. We’ve learned you can’t go wrong with Fogo de Chao.

   Tom the manager went above and beyond for us on my wife’s birthday. We will definitely be going back. All of the staff was very helpful.

   I've been going to Fogo de Chao 2-3 times a month for the past 6 months but will be curtailing my visits for now. I was there this past Friday and was not pleased with my visit. I was seated at a table that was very small and felt very crowded. Service was slow and inattentive, I had to wait 15 minutes for my bottles of wine, although the wine was excellent. I asked for lamb chops, medium rare, and when they finally arrived 20 minutes later, they were well done, dry and tough, as was most of the other cuts of meat. I continually asked for medium-rare and was given medium-well or well-done. Needless to say, I didn't eat much of it. The cuts of meat were not high quality, had little flavor and were tough to chew. What I really enjoyed was the Market Table, although I wish you would include ONE plaine lettuce salad since I can't eat the cheesey salads. Again, the wines were excellent and the selection superb. I was planning on going there for Valentines Day but will go elsewhere, since there are other high quality dining selections in the area.
