   We were surprised to see that the menu in the restaurant was significantly more expensive than the lunch menu on the website. The waitress explained that is only valid on weekdays, however it isn’t indicated anywhere on the website. She never came back to ask what we wanted to drink. Another guy came with a tray full of some small colorful drinks and asked if we wanted a glass. He forgot to mention that they will charge 10 bucks for it. Otherwise the food was good but we left with a not so great experience.

   Not the Fogo I remember. Decent selection at the salad bar. Meats were dry and cherry with some overcooked and overly charred. Lacked flavor probably because they were too lean.

   A tip to Open Table Readers. Do NOT go to Fogo de Chao when they open for evening dinner at 3 PM. My wife and family usually come to this Fogo de Chao during "normal" dining/brunch hours and the food has been outstanding. We decided to go for an early dinner today and I made a reservation for 3:30 PM. The food we were served must have been what was left over from lunch. The few selections that were "fresh" were outstanding but most of the selections were "reheated" and came out dry and crusted. I could not even swallow the chicken thigh as it was dry as anything from being reheated probably several times. Same with the beef ribs and pork chops. They were so crusted on the outside from being reheated and tasted so dry and chewy. We could not eat most of it. I am not blaming the server as at 3:30 PM he was the lone server and was outstanding. He kept bringing the food out to everyone and was kind and courteous. He asked us what we wanted and went to get those selections for us. I know Fogo has to get rid of the leftovers from lunch, but if I were a first timer here, not only would I give them a poor review, but I would also not be returning. We have learned our lesson. From now on, we are going to come here during "normal" dinner hours where the chance of getting fresh food is high and not at 3:30 PM where the chances of getting reheated leftovers from lunch is high.

   I love Fogo de Chão. I have never tasted a better salad bar. Today ribeye and lamb were exceptional. Other meats were a bit dry or undersalted. It never happen to me before but unfortunately lamb steak had a long dark hair in it. Does not bother me much but at this restaurant level should not happen.

   There was a bit of an issue with a Fogo de Chao event we were attending. However, once Tom became involved, he righted the situation to better than our satisfaction. Due to his actions, we plan to attend future special events! Excellent service, conversation, and food!

   Very slow service, they bought our drinks after 3o min we asked manager too stil no response food was cold. Serve wss rude too overall not coming back to to this location.

   First time at this location and for their carnival event. As a vegetarian, they were able to accommodate me. Only slip up was the bar drinks. We waited 32 minutes to get our first round of drinks. But overall, we had a great time.

   Excellence food and service. Julio and Sandra were great. Rafael stopped by to talk to us to see how things were and the other servers were for fantastic. Food was served fast warm and with a smile. Naperville has an excellent team

   The reservation is just a guide for the sitting order. We waited 40 mins to be seated on a 3 person reservation. You would expect a restaurant where dinner averages $100 per person to have that extra convenience. Can not fully recommend, is a sour experience when you are out celebrating.

    Our server is very attentive..but the lamb chops that we requested 3x came after almost an hour.and the brisket never came as well.we will still comeback for its location is very convenient for us.
