   It was a nice place and beautiful service. My only complaint is that the tables are set too close with each other and is hard to go to the buffet without feeling you are hitting on people’s chair

   Service was excellent but experienced a slight hiccup when our server left for thr evening and we were assigned a new one. We didn’t see our new server for about 1/2 an hour. Once we did, it was good service. However, we were waiting for drinks and felt forgotten for a quite some time which was not a great experience. Next time I’ll be sure to ask if our server will remain with us. Otherwise, it was a wonderful experience.

   I recently visited Fogo de Chão in Los Angeles, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish! We had a reservation for a Saturday night after our visit to the Academy Museum. Running a bit late, I easily adjusted our reservation online, and when we arrived, we were seated right away. Our server, Jaime, was fantastic – he was so kind and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed throughout the night. The top sirloin was definitely our favorite, incredibly flavorful and cooked to perfection. The buffet was also outstanding, with a great selection of salads, roasted vegetables, and unique fruits like papaya and dragon fruit. The all-day happy hour drinks (marked with "HH" on the menu) were delicious, and we even got to sample a passion fruit cocktail that was super refreshing. The atmosphere was lively, perfect for a date night, with upbeat music (a touch loud for conversation, but still enjoyable). We finished our meal with a rich chocolate lava cake that was the perfect ending to our night. This was my boyfriend's first time at Fogo de Chão, and he had a fantastic time. Overall, it was a memorable experience, and we can’t wait to return for another fun date night!

   I have eaten in Fogo for many times, each time is a great meal as i love steak! The choices are too many as always! Staffs are great! The only thing lacking last night was the the speed of getting our drinks. We have to wait for 10-15 minutes for each drink we ordered when the bar was not even busy and the dining area was not that full, in short waiting time to get the drink should not be that long. Twice we have to ask a server to follow up where are our drinks already. Other than that, always a great value to have all the steaks you want!

   We walked in and the smell of sewage was very strong the area of soup and bread were full of bugs, not flies but bugs. The server we were told that would be helping us stoped by once to drop off a bottle of water we asked for, we were not given plates to start our meal or asked to clear dirty dishes. We had to get someone’s attending every time we needed anything. Was given dirty looks by the worker if we did try to get her attention she even got a plate and served her self lunch a few tables down from us. Didn’t even bother to let us know someone else would help us. I have been to few locations and by far worst one. Will not go back. We also were celebrating our daughter’s birthday drove 2hr and she had the worst birthday lunch ever.

    The dinning experience was amazing the only complaint I have is with our waitress Ana At first she.was nice and told us about the two options we had $75 or $45 so we all decided to go with $45 and from there her face totally change and was rude and never came by or offered is bisquits I had to called out for her and she was just rude made our experience not a good one but all the people bringing out the meats where very nice and well proper spoken will I ever go back to that one in LA I don’t think so
