    If you don't like crowds and no where to move around or sit on a holiday I wouldn't recommend. If you want mediocre food and inconsistency of your table being skipped this is for you! For a restaurant to know that are were booked up and going to busy and run out of stuff is insane. Want to waste hundreds of dollars go for it!

    We had a 7:15 pm reservation. We arrived and checked in at 6:40 pm. We didn't get seated until 7:48 pm. We would have left at 7:30 pm if not for Lizzie. She was the hostess and she went out of her way to keep us informed and entertained. She doing her best to get people seated by clearing and setting up tables. Once seated everything went great. Our server Qwen was good. The gauchos were on point.

    Worst dining experience we have ever had, from start to finish. We had a 7pm reservation. We were seated at 8:30. Most reservations had to wait 2+ hours, as the restaurant clearly overbooked the reservations. We spoke to several people that were standing around us and found that they had been waiting almost 2 hours after their reservation. The host would not tell people anything other than, “I’m not allowed to tell anyone anything.” The manager was evasive and looked like a deer in the headlights whenever someone would ask to speak to a manager at the hostess stand. We were all crammed in there like sardines waiting for our name to be called. There was no place else to go if we would have chosen to leave, as it was New Years Eve. The salad bar was bare and missing several items. All but two salad dressings were empty. There were at least 5 or 6 empty dishes sitting in the disgusting ice on the salad bar. The restrooms were filthy and out of soap and paper towels. The meat was dry and not even warm. The server tried to charge us $57.00 for water. When questioned about this, he said, “yeah, the managers only want us to offer still or sparkling water and not tap water, so when I offered you still or sparkling and you said still, you were charged $10 per bottle.” What?!?! We asked him to remove that charge and he did. We rarely saw him throughout the night. We needed more mashed potatoes and more rolls and he was nowhere to be found. This was the worst dining experience I could have imagined and we all regret booking a reservation at Fogo de Chao for New Years Eve.

    We will never go again for New Year’s Eve. They took on too many reservations and we waited 45 minutes past the time of our reservation before we were seated, and we had a fairly early reservation (545). Maybe it’s time to change the algorithm they use to determine their reservations. Overall the food was good and the service was excellent.

    The server was not very attentive and not engaging. The types of meat that was being served was limited. When we were done with our food, they started to bring out more selections of meat.

    I have dined at Fogo locations throughout both Brazil and the USA. Service is typically stellar...not so this visit for a myriad of reasons. Our reservation (for 8 people) at Lone Tree was for 4 PM typically not a busy time and it wasn't when we arrived. This past Sunday the 29th of December, my birthday, the staff failed overall. There were other issues with gift card application on paying my bill. I have had another less than satisfactory visit with one friend at Lone Tree on Veterans Day this past spring that was also noteworthy in a negative way....how do you run out of mashed potatoes at the beginning of a shift on what's to be a very busy day? I did not comment before on this event but now that I think I need to. Perhaps the powers to be at Fogo need to examine the management at Lone Tree. For now for me I'm avoiding Fogo Lone Tree for some time. Disappointed in Denver

    We had a 6:15 reservation for 4 people. 2 people in our party were a few minutes early and were seated and ordered drinks. We (2 people) arrived and were directed to our table, not sat by the host. We sat down and within 1 minute our server came over and asked if we were all having the Churrasco Experience. He didn’t ask if we wanted drinks, just went straight to what we were ordering for dinner. I said we would like drinks first and needed time to look at the menu. Within 2 more minutes, another server came over and asked if she could take our menus! I mentioned to her that we had not ordered yet so she said “ok, are you ready to order?” No! We had been there less than 5 minutes! I actually was the only one at the table that was not ordering the Churrasco, I opted for the Sea Bass but apparently they were out, “because it was busy”. Went with the Churrasco Experience and was disappointed. They came around with only 4 different meats of the 10 that are on the menu. The bacon wrapped steak was inedible and we had to ask for the sides of polenta, potatoes and caramelized bananas that are included only to be told that they were out of polenta. Overall, not a great experience and we felt very rushed.
