We love Fogo. For real. We go often enough for people who live 1.5 hrs away. From Brazil to NY we’ve been a lot. Unfortunately, this was our least favorite visit. The restaurant and wait staff felt “tired”. Low quality paper towels, no energy from the wait staff.. despite it being my son’s 21 st birthday. No actually wrong per se. Just tired. Hoping it was just an off night. We will be back.

Service was inconsistent—either rushed or too slow, leaving us waiting for certain meats. The atmosphere was loud, making it hard to enjoy conversations. While it’s worth trying for the experience, the overall value didn’t meet expectations. For the cost, I expected better food quality and more attentive service. I likely won’t be back anytime soon.

The service was excellent! The food was good and I had a great time celebrating my birthday with my toddler. The restaurant employees make me feel welcomed. The food quality was excellent too. We tasted all the meat cuts. I hope to be back soon!

-very enjoyable experience and glad I went -would return in the future -food was excellent and I was especially impressed with dessert (crème brûlée) -one criticism is that they packed a lot of people into the restaurant and the tables were close together and rather tight, on occasion people would bump into me while trying to walk to their table because there wasn’t much room

The service was very poor. The open salad bar was disappointing. Variety of meats they offer on the menu as far more than what they serve. We were served no more than five or six of the variety they suggested they would offer. The price is very high Overall for what you get.
