   My wife and I thought the food was very good and it was a good value, it was the first restaurant we have been to where you have access to all you can eat sides and salad bar and you get as much meat samples of everything they offer continually brought to your table. We loved it, worth driving an hour to and fighting Kansas city traffic and construction.

   Food was good for us but service was atrocious. We went yesterday for a special event, first thing the waiter say is he's about to leave and someone else will be waiting on us as for our entire visit just no one showed up. We snagged a receptionist to put in drinks and it took 30 minutes and the drinks came 18 minutes apart 💀. probably the worst service I ever had cause we just didn't have any, meanwhile the tables around us would get checked on religiously. We have absolutely no intentions of returning to the Kansas City location, it was nice to try but the experience just ruined the location for us.

   The service was not very good. We never saw the first girl who said she’d be taking care of us. It was like no one was assigned to our table. I made the reservation off of the Best of Brazil email, but the guy who prepared our check said we were supposed to tell the hostess that when we arrived. The email didn’t say that. We didn’t have the opportunity to tell a server since we never saw one until towards the end & we flagged him down to get our check. They did give us the Veteran’s Day discount off the full price and complimentary dessert.

   We went to a Veterans Day lunch for the second year in a row and it was so yummy. I am a vegetarian and still left absolutely stuffed. Excellent service and a super fun experience. It is awesome that they serve the veteran community this way.

   Despite having a reservation at 7pm, we were not seated until 7:45, which was after people who had later reservations than us. It then took 20 minutes before we received waters and drink orders were taken. The entire night it felt like our table was ignored or skipped. We did have one waiter who tried to help us even though we were apparently not his table to serve. The management discounted our meal, but it was such a bad experience that I do not intend to ever go back.

   Nolan the bartender made me a fantastic martini while I waited for my table. Sean was a fantastic waiter. He went above and beyond to make sure we had a lovely evening!

   We got there at 330pm and were sat within a few minutes it was pretty dead lots of open tables it took 10 minutes to get drinks our first food did not come til we had been sitting for 17 minutes even though our coasters were flipped to green and then when food did come out they would hit every table around us and leave us completely without anything. Refills were almost impossible to come by or when you asked for your refill the wrong drink was given to you. The managers were doing everything they could to try but it was not a good experience we will go to em Chamas in park I’ll before we ever return to Fogo.

   I enjoyed my experience overall, but I did feel the restaurant could enhance its service by providing a more spacious and welcoming waiting area for guests. Additionally, it would be great if the front staff could greet guests more proactively to ensure everyone feels warmly welcomed upon arrival. These small improvements would elevate an already enjoyable experience.

    Hannah was awesome so knowledgeable and very friendly. Made us feel welcomed 1st time eating at a Fogo de Chao in town for NFL game and Hannah was friendly and funny we appreciated her for the hospitality and friendly candor.
