   I dine here pretty frequently and I was really upset with our service last night. Our waiter I do not remember his name (maybe Jonah?? That’s what I recall reading in the receipt) but he was training another girl this shift. (If that helps) At first we ordered drinks and my soda never came. So I asked a waiter passing by and she brought it right over. No biggie it’s busy I get it! The food rounds did take a while in between, we were sitting for a good 20 minutes in between the guys coming around with meat. Again busy so I totally understand. What was my cherry on top was I asked for a wine menu from our waiter, he brought it over and then stood in the hallway and talked to other woman staff for a lengthy amount of time and walked back and forth multiple times even when I raised my hand to grab his attention didn’t acknowledge to take my wine order. So again, i flagged down the lady that was in training and she apologized and put the order in. After about 20 minutes, he comes over and lets our table know the wine I ordered is no longer available… so I ordered another kind. Overall I get it’s busy that is totally fine if he was going around hustle and bustling but he was just talking the whole time!

   Had a terrible experience here I was here for my birthday lunch and I spent over an hour in the restaurant and I only was given a piece of filet and a lamb chop. It’s the worst experience I’ve ever had in a Fogo. I would love to have someone reach out to me.

   We had an excellent experience! The food and service was great! Out servers, Bryan and Amirah, were very knowledgeable, attentive and personable! Highly Recommended!!!

   The food was excellent. Walked right in with reservations. Seemed like most servers were very attentive. Ours was not. Our server was very nice but forgetful and kept disappearing. Overall great experience and I plan to return when I am back in town in a few weeks.

   Came here for our anniversary and had a great time. Our server was attentive and awesome. We had our 11 month old baby and everybody was so sweet and good to him. The server assistants/bussers were also super kind to us. My only complaint would have been the hostess. When we booked the reservation I booked it for two people, as only two people would sit in a chair and only two people would be having a meal that cost money. I did however include in the notes that it would be two adults and a high chair, so the host could plan accordingly. As somebody who worked for years as a hostess and server, counting an 11 month baby as a "person" throws off rotation and ends up making an issue for covers and seating arrangements. When we arrived and checked in, the hostess asked if the reservation would be for two, and I said "yes, well two and a highchair" which again were in the notes on open table. The hostess looked at me and said, very rudely, "so you mean three then" with a dirty look. Not a great customer service moment, especially when I went to great lengths to make having a baby at the restaurant as convenient as possible for the staff. All of the rude behavior service staff has to deal with and somehow at the beginning of the holiday season she's snapping at the most non-issue you could possibly deal with on a busy night? Doesn't seem like she'll be able to deal with actual problems that arise during the worst restaurant time of the year if she's already cracking.

    we were rushed off the table questioned about the tip while still eating. Not a good experience. We ve been there many times and we understand this was a holiday and busier night but for the money we paid… not worth returning
