   We waited over an hour before my husband got his cocktail he ordered when we got sat. Our server never came back to check on us or explain what happened with the drink. We finally stopped one of the gentleman setting up tables to refill our waters than another server came over to help us get the drink figured out. We didn’t see our server until about two hours after we sat we end up being at the restaurant for 3 an half hours. Once we finally got our bill paid it took another 18 minutes from the moment the card was charged for them to drop it back off.

   It is one of the best Brazilian steakhouses in town. We always love the meat selection and their positive service experience. Getting the full experience is extremely recommended!

   I took my wife there for Valentine’s Day, waiting wasn’t long at all because we had reservations. The guy that took our order was very nice and welcoming, after selecting what we wanted to eat we went to the salad buffet and got a salad and ate. We waited and finally a server came to the table next to us and asked if they wanted to try the food they had then bypassed me and my wife even though the coaster was flipped over to the green color. Then another came by the same thing so my wife said they don’t see us here I said maybe it was an oversight finally a server stopped by and asked if we wanted to try the food. So on and off the service was like this to a point. Our drinks wasn’t changed out soon enough and a female server asked is everything ok I told her we’re waiting on them to bring some food for us to try and she said she would tell them she did eventually checked back to see if someone stopped by they did but we felt we were being ignored because the couple on the other side of us , a server was always stopping by to their table and we didn’t get the same type of service. It was my second time going to this establishment and never had a bad experience before , if we’re going to pay for our food we expect good service doesn’t have to be great service just acceptable service and we felt we didn’t get that. I will never go back there again especially for a nice establishment to treat us like that, and make us feel as if we did something wrong to feel ignored or treated that way. Even if they were busy and short staffed if they explained that to us from the beginning then it would’ve been understandable but they didn’t. But their service made me think differently about them and as much as I love the food and atmosphere we’ll never go back. Not telling anyone not to go just my bad experience there. I still think it’s nice place to go just not for me and my wife anymore based on what we experienced.

   My Valentine’s Day soirée at Fogo de Chão was an exquisite spectacle, a veritable feast for the senses. Opting for the full experience, Fogo de Chão exceeded all expectations, presenting an astonishing array of meats and accompaniments that graced our table with regularity. From the succulent lamb to the tender sirloin, the exquisite filet mignon, and the delectable bacon-wrapped chicken, the variety was both impressive and indulgent. Particularly noteworthy is the exceptional value for the price, making this a truly memorable occasion. This marks my fifth visit to Fogo de Chão, and each experience has been a resplendent delight.

   I had a bad experience, me and my boyfriend weren’t being serviced like we were supposed to, we sat for an hour waiting for the check. Every time they brought out meat they wouldn’t serve us and go and serve someone else. I’ve been to the one in Orlando and had a way better experience, I felt discriminated against because we were black and gay

    This was a repeat trip to celebrate an anniversary. It was just the two of us on a Thursday night at 1700 (so it was pretty early in the evening). It wasn't very crowded when we got there but it was more crowded by the time we left. We were seated at a small table for two. I would have preferred a larger table so I could sit next to my significant other (plus the larger table would have given us more elbow room with space to set our dirty dishes aside). We started out with a server named Minerva (sp?) but towards the end of our meal when we were looking for her, we could not find her. When another person came to clear our dirty dishes, we asked for Minerva but was told she had shifted to another section (which we thought was strange). Food was delicious & plentiful. We were given a complimentary dessert but we opted for it to-go since we were pretty full.
