   I made a reservation for 8:15p and we had to wait 45 minutes for our table. Once we got there and seated it was difficult to get meats brought to us ongoing. My boyfriend was sitting in the corner and expressed his card was still flipped on green but people stopped bringing him meats because they didn't see it...the food was good but felt that the amount of people that was there was too many to serve. The service lacked because of the sheer amount of people that was there. It was at capacity.

   Arrived at 7:15 for a 7:30 Reservation. Did not get seated until 8:30. Did not have an assigned wait staff to our table. Place an order for drinks. Two of the drinks the mixer and the alcohol were backwards. Took 5 minutes to find another wait staff. Explained what happened. Revised drinks came out with the exact same mistake. Waited again for another random wait staff. Drink served correctly on third try 15 minutes later. Later tried to order the only domestic beer they stock and it was not available. Ordered 5 deserts. Took around 20 minutes to show up. One was missing. Took 10 minutes for the missing one to show up and it was the wrong one. The bill arrived and there was several mistakes. Dinner took roughly 3 hours due to the chaos of unassigned wait staff. The orders were repeatedly messed up due to unassigned wait staff. The bill was messed up due to unassigned wait staff. We also found ourselves getting offered the same meat over and over again. Definitely not the normal variety. I have been to this location several times and will never go back. Asked for the Manager and explained to him all of the issues and he said he would talk to the staff about "communication"? How about maybe the Manager look at why reservations got seated 1 hour later? How about the Manager not asking staff to randomly serve tables? We told him we would never come back. Offered an apology in the hopes we would come back. Thanked him for his apology and said that it would not be enough to return. I would have thought he would have tossed us a bone and comped dessert or a $50 gift card after paying nearly $600 for dinner. If i could leave zero stars i would.

   The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because anytime I have a reservation here we still have to eat 30 minutes to an hour to be seated. Once seated everything is phenomenal. We’ve just learned to plan around the initial seating situation

   Not impressed with the food. Very hard to obtain a small slice of Filet. Too much hustle and bustle of the entire restaurant. Not worth the price.
