   It’s ok. Nothing great. Especially in comparison to other Brazilian steakhouses. Our reservation was seated 30 minutes after arrival. Server didn’t come for 15 minutes and kept having to request options to be brought to us

   I've never had service like this at a Fogo de Chao. The waiter took our orders and then seemingly forgot about us. My date had her food before I got my drink. I fully anticipated on sampling three or 4 of the drinks, but I didn't see the waiter again until our meals and nights were fully over. The sides came at the same time as our check as well. Absolutely wild. Normally the ambiance is more relaxed, but this particular day was very busy and rowdy. I know they can't control that, but it just seemed to make everything one notch worse. I'm just a soldier, I don't make much money, and this was my Valentine's Day treat to my girlfriend after I'd hyped Fogo de Chao up so much. I was sad to have to pay almost $200, and embarrassed that I told her all of the things I did, to receive this kind of service. Hey, food was really good though.

   We had a wonderful dining experience. We made reservations via the Open Table app, it wasn’t a busy time, so we were seated immediately. The waitstaff was very attentive and professional. The food was amazing; the meats were succulent and flavorful, and the side bar had a variety of options that complemented the meal. We enjoyed ourselves.♥️

   it was great, lived the different meats. i wish the drinks were a lil stronger kinda tastes like juice

   The waitress nor the manager could explain the menu and when we told the waitress our selection on the menu the manager can over and said we didn’t have an option on what to eat because the only thing they were offering was “The Experience” for $69.99which means if we didn’t agree to eat that and wanted another meal we would have to leave. I have never experienced that a day in my life. We stayed and ate because it was a holiday so trying to go to another restaurant last minute would ruin our night. We will never be back again!

   For it being valentines day I expected slow service as they would be overwhelmed. But what I received was horrible. The gaucho would bump our table and keep walking never offering meat to our table unless we complain then they only brought the same meat pichana all over again. Our waiter was no where to be seen we had to flag the captain for cocktails. Unfortunately this was a horrible experience at table 74

    The food was excellent! The salad bar had so many nice selections that my plate was a feast! We had the gaucho lunch so we tried a slice of the top sirloin and it was delicious! The wait staff was terrific and made sure we had any of the extra side dishes! My wife and I had an early Valentine lunch so that we did not have to be there when the dinner crowd would arrive! It was a beautiful experience.
