   Despite having a reservation and there being many open tables, we waited more than 30 minutes after our reservation time before they seated us. Otherwise it was a great experience.

   We had a 7:30pm reservation and did not get seated at our table till about 8:30. Once seated, it was a cramped dining experience. You basically feel like you’re on top of the table next to you. Our waiter was wonderful and very knowledgeable on the menu and the food itself was very good. It just was not a comfortable experience and we never received an apology for being so delayed. There are other restaurants within a couple blocks I would highly recommend over this place.

   Our server, Sir was really great and the experience was good we were celebrating our anniversary and they treated us very well.

   Great environment… the salad bar can be a dinner in of itself. The different cuts of meat are outstanding

   We love this place and have been coming for years and just keep being disappointed lately. We have to request decent cuts, the service drops off at the middle of the meal and overall it is as just not the premium experience you expect. Our bill was incorrect and it took over 15 minutes to get it corrected. The restaurant seem understaffed even though it wasn’t an overly busy night.

   The good- Fogo was good. Our waiter was amazing, she was nice, friendly and attentive. The hostess Michelle was also great, communicative, friendly, and helped us on a busy evening. The bad- that’s where the value stopped. Meat was rare to come by. For a Brazilian steak house, there wasn’t any steak. For the first hour, we sat and waited for steak to come by, we probably got about 4-5, 1oz slices of steak the entire time. There was more chicken and sausage than steak. The steak that did come by were cheap cuts. NOT WORTH THE PRICE. You could overhear everyone complaining, “where’s the steak?”, waiting at the table with empty plates, or plates filled with the cheap market table items that are available. For this to be worth the price, the amount of steak NEEDS to be more consistent. This is the 3rd time that I’ve had this happen to me in the past year and a half. I don’t think I’ll be coming back anymore, it’s a waste of money, and an easy way to put a hungry person in a bad mood.

   I have been yo this location a few times now. It seemed way under staffed. The restocking of the market bar was an issue. Drinks were not delivered to our table in a kind of timely manner. Also any of the foods were not brought out with what I would say orderly while some people were waiting up to 15 mins after others were already eating.

   Food is good but wildly inconsistent. The same cut of meat had different seasonings based on when it came to our table. Some meat was not hot. Things we requested didn’t come. It just wasn’t the premium dining experience I was used to from visits to other locations.

    It is a fun place to go with kids or a family. If you are looking for high quality cuts of meat, I’d go some place else . Enjoyable
