The all you can eat for $67 per person is very worth it. All of the meat was very good. The food at the salad bar was cold but still very good.

I recently had a disappointing experience at Fogo de Chão. I asked for my steak to be cooked medium-well, but unfortunately, most of the meat I received throughout the night was either undercooked or extremely tough. It was frustrating, especially when I had requested a specific doneness. To make matters worse, oil spilled on my dress, which was a mess I didn't expect from such a place. The service was also subpar. There were hardly any servers coming around with meat, and it felt like we were being overlooked. It was a far cry from the quality and service I expected. Overall, this visit was a letdown, and I won’t be rushing back anytime soon. Had to wait over an hour with a reservation while others cut in line also.

Overall great experience. It was really busy due to Valentine’s Day weekend to be expected, so no big deal. However, during our dining experience one of the servers holding the meat was very rude. He came to the table to serve meat and was about to leave without serving my fiancé. Even though my fiancé had stepped away from the table I wanted to make sure that he was served. So when the server turned as if he was leaving I raise my hand accidentally touched the server and said I’m sorry excuse me can I have some for my fiancé also. He served it and said don’t touch me again ok. I have never had this type of experience here before and it definitely brought down the mood for the evening. I had no intention of touching anyone and even apologized because it was accidental. Overall great experience but certain staff members needs a retraining on customer service!

Made a reservation about a week in advance. As it would turn out, this place doesn’t know what reservation means. We had to wait almost 45 minutes while they sat people whose reservations were after ours before us (I know this for a fact, I spoke with many many other frustrated people waiting and two couples told us their reservations were for 7pm while ours were for 6:45. They were seated before us). Once we finally got seated, we were put in a table in the way back next to the bus station with poor waiters coming back and forth bumping into us and our chairs, reaching over our heads, etc. For the price of the food, they should honor a reservation and not overbook to the point where there was a line out the door of angry customers waiting. They even seated some walk-ins before those of us who actually had the decency to call ahead. How are you going to price your food so high when it takes all in all about an hour for us to even eat? Drinks were so expensive on top of that. For what they claim to be, they are very mismanaged and wayyyyy overpriced.

A good amount of food for the money, and it was decent. Service could have been quicker. Reservations were overflowing so it took a while to be seated even with a reservation.

Everything was great, except checking in for our reservation. There was a huge crowd surrounding the desk making it impossible to know where the line was, but everything else was amazing.
